It was a great facility when it was locally owned but it has now been sold to a management company who is terrible. If you call the customer service number, you wait on hold and sometimes no one ever picks up the phone. The rental rates have continuously increased with the new company -- but yet, the maintenance of the place seems to have gone down a bit. The gate has not worked since I moved into a unit in 2020 and weeds are starting to take over the gravel areas and most days there is a man that hangs out in front of his unit drying his clothes, laid out on the gravel, and his stuff is usually around the area that you have to drive around the building as not to disturb him. Not super impressed since the new management company has come on board. Can we at least get the gate fixed if I'm going to have to keep paying higher prices?

I had a unit with mountain town storage I ran into some difficulty where I was unavailable to remove my items or to pay my bill. However when I was able to contact them and let them know that I was going to remove my stuff they were kind enough to waive a couple of fees that they could have very easily forced me to pay anyway and given my financial circumstances at the time I greatly appreciated that they were really kind of an understanding people that I would recommend them to anybody

5 weeks ago I was told they had taken over ownership and received an email saying, “YOUR RENTAL RATE WILL BE THE SAME AS WHAT YOU ARE PAYING NOW.” They kept telling me this until I signed their new rental agreement. Once I signed, I receive this letter in the mail today. My rate is going up from $72 to $125 a month. I cannot stand to be lied to. Less than a month from the time I signed the new rental agreement and you already increased my rent. Nope! I will be removing my belongings and paying someone else $125. Do NOT lie to me!
