We purchased 2 rugs at Jerry's for our new home. Beth was incredibly helpful in reaching out to her distributors to find exactly the type of rug we wanted in the colors that work with our home and provided information on pricing and availability. The rug came super fast and was delivered with care. Great customer service.

We went in recently and the service was horrible! Two very rude ladies. They didn’t know pricing on the things we were interested in. We’ve purchased furniture in the past and the pricing was reasonable but now the pricing is outrageous! We will never return.
