Dennis was the best in saying what needed to be done to sell the house and what didn’t. He knew he didn’t know the terminology for a horse friendly property and listened to what I had to say to appeal to that audience. He knew how to market the property in other states which was also critical to this remotely located house. He sold the house to the first buyer who came through!! I’d do business with him anytime.

As a buyer, working with Dennis was great and I look forward to working with him again in the future. He was extremely patient, devoting several full days to showing me properties in Blue Ridge and surrounding areas.Dennis strikes a perfect balance of standing back and letting the buyer digest each property while always being available to answer questions. He highlights noteworthy features, but never tries to "sell" anything. There were a couple of occasions when we entered properties and he saw red flags, quickly aborting the tour. That kind of honesty is hard to find and it gave me great confidence that Dennis would make sure I didn't purchase a mistake. He even cautioned me against bidding higher on a specific property that I liked because he felt I'd be overpaying; he said we could find a better value elsewhere. He was right and the property I finally purchased turned out to be a great investment.Many thanks to Jenny and Dennis for a great experience!
