My C-PAP mask sold by Jay's broke 2 months ago. I was told that they couldn't sell me a new mask even if I paid cash, as they did two other times. They said I could not get a new mask until I got a new sleep study because I am now on Medicare. The sleep study process took almost 2 months. My doctor's office faxed all information for mask and new equipment 3 times to Jay's. Jay was rude discussing this.

New to bipap and was fitted for a full face mask. Tried using it and always leaked if I changed sleeping positions. Was told repeatedly to adjust straps . When I called back and explained my situation once again I was told I would have to come back and pay for a different mask AND another consultation fee! I had to pay retail due to insurance nonsense. Just about every company online has a return policy for the proper fit as every face is different. Very disappointed! It seems going local isn’t always the right thing to do!

They don’t return calls. Rude and the Owner is a liar. Been a customer way to long and can’t wait till May to go anywhere else. Been having leaks on my Bipap since day one and can’t get anybody to help me. Always the run around. Do Not use them for a bandaid.

Jay is super Rude they don’t take responsibility for there wrong doings. Not professional at all!!!Looking for a new place to rent medical equipment. Been a customer for 3 years. They are horrible. Said he’d respond to my email if I wasn’t sarcastic. The so called specialist never calls anyone back.

I want to thank Paige! I came in today with my very sick 3 month old and she helped me to get her a nebulizer and was patient with me as I was on the phone calling every pharmacy in the tri county area trying to find a pharmacy that had the medicine for my daughter. I pray we never need any medical equipment but if we do I know where we will go! Thank you! God bless you all.

Great service, incredibly nice folks and they have what you need and back it up with service. Helped us out in a jam with an oxygen concentrator that works (as opposed to the one we rented at home for our travels which didn't work). One call was all it took - they had the equipment we needed and 24 hour service to go with it. Best experience I've had with a DME supplier. Ever Just wish they were near my home location!
