We moved to Ingles pharmacy a few years ago when Wahlgreens was taking over Rite Aid..particularly here in BLAIRSVILLE. We had been with Wahlgreens Canton Ga for decades. The transition never went well so we switched to Ingles. We've never regretted it. They are so nice and put up w all of our questions...always courteous. Bend over backwards for our needs. Great hours and great availability of product.

I have been going to their pharmacy for a few years now never had a problem till recently. I did notice they have New staff which is very rude. I called and made sure my prescription was ready the same day I asked the prices and said I would be buy later, I went by their to pickup and they put all but one back on the shelf. Needless to say no phone call nothing I was shocked, customer service is terrible there anymore. It’s sad because blairsville GA there is not that many choices around and when you get treated poorly you tend to take your business elsewhere. Even if it’s 1 hour away!

BRRR WAS IT COLD TODAY. I had to walk 30 feet in the cold without an escort. No one came out to greet me?!?! i ran out of milk so i had to do a quick shop, still no escort… i would have given this a better review, however, an employee threw up all over my shoes. BEWAREEE EVERYONE IS THE SAME!!?!??!!! SO MANY LOOKALIKES!!!! You’re safer with walmart or targets i always go there to get milk but wrong decision of me!? today i went to gingles worst decision of my life. $500 shoes down the drain?

I work in the medical field and I was very disappointed in the Ingles pharmacy. I showed up at the drive thru with scripts due to being sick I was told that the pain meds would take 3-4 hours, but they could have the antibiotics filled in 20 min. I said I would wait for the antibiotics but come back later for the pain meds. I pulled into parking lot and waited for 25 minutesthen pulled back to window where I was told very rudely that my script was not ready and there are 6 vaccines in front of me. I was not upset or rude but the attitude I received was ridiculous. I ultimately ended up waiting about an hour. If doing the vaccine is causing too much strain on the staff maybe this needs to be addressed.

Wanted to give 0 stars. My daughter is pregnant and is sick and after 3 visits plus several calls to pick up her prescription she was rudely told she could not be helped because they were doing shots. Ready and necessary prescriptions should not be pushed aside so employees can give shots. We have transferred all our businesses to Blairsville Drug and Gun. Rx was ready in 25 minutes there!

Went to Ingles to get a Sub, while preparing the sandwich, I was asked what I wanted on it. When I asked for tomato and spinach, I was advised they were out of tomatoes. As I turned my head to the left , I saw about 300 tomatoes on the TOMATO stand . I then asked, " what about those". The reply was, " oh I don't have any sliced". Not wanting to hold up others behind me, I accepted the answer, got a few smiles from the other customers, and left. You guys are the only one in town to get a Sub at lunch time,be prepared.

No nonalcoholic beer, no Gulden’s mustard. Our grocery store in Florida has them, and it’s half the size. Long lines at checkout, electric carts not charged. Disappointed.

They are always very nice and helpful. We get a lot of medicine filled here. As my father in law is a diabetic.
