This is our 4th vehicle we’ve had tinted. The ladies are so friendly and welcoming. The owner (sorry I forgot your name) was so kind while I stood in the doorway and watched him preform his craft. He explained each step to me with patience. I was just very curious how it all comes together. Bless his heart he was running behind and was concerned about us waiting. We told him not to worry we were fine. I love the job on my mustang!! Thank you Hooties team! ?

Well after 7 months it started bubbling I call them and see if they was something they could do and the lady took my number and it’s been 3 weeks now never heard from them spent over 450.00 that day I thought they would a least call back an try but no nothing southern customs is higher but they stand be hind there work I will never use hooties again

Took my car in as soon as I got there. I was told it would take about 2 hrs. to replace my windshield. It took just under 2 hrs. Friendly staff.

Rock hit my windshield yesterday, about a quarter size radius cracks including a fairly bad impact area. Took my care up, they took it back and 20 minutes later when I left I had to find the crack again. Outstanding repair, fair price. Totally happy with this job and others when I used this service. Great work.

We had Hooties come to our house to tint 2 large trapezoid windows that are 21 feet off the floor. We had previously used them to tint windows on a couple of our vehicles and they did excellent work. This residential window tinting was new to us. They assured us multiple times that if there was ever an issue there was a lifetime guarantee and we only needed to call them. The day after they were at our house was a sunny day and when the sun hit the windows I was shocked. They had left the windows a mess with squeegee drips all down both windows and what looked like air bubbles on the left window. We called them and the owner came out and said that the workers had forgotten the window cleaner the day they put the tint on and had no way to clean the windows. I was in disbelief that they thought it was ok to leave our windows in that condition. We do not own the type of ladder needed to get up there and clean the windows. The owner proceeded to go up and clean the windows and we thanked him. The next sunny day when the sun once again hit the windows it was obvious that there was a problem with something under the film on the right window and the air bubbles were still on the left window so we called them again. When they came out it was the same guys who did the original install and they proceeded to bring their ladder in. They never had any intention of fixing the issue. We were very rudely informed that they were going to remove the tint film from our windows and refund our money as it was obvious that they were not going to be able to satisfy us. They never even tried to correct the problem. I asked the person why they thought it was ok to leave the windows in the condition they did when they did the original install but he would not answer my question. I would not recommend them to anyone nor will they ever get our business again
I am editing my review to add pictures of how our windows looked when Hooties employees removed the tint from our windows. I see Mr. Barnes apology but even though they refunded all our money it does not make up for the condition our windows are now in. We had a professional window cleaning come out to clean them which took almost 2 hours for them to complete. Now even though the windows are clean they are all scratched up from repeatedly being scraped on when they were removing the tint.
I am editing my post again because Mr. Barnes came to see us a month or so ago to look at and clean our windows that they had removed the tint from. The windows were damaged when the tint was removed and there is no getting scratches out of the glass. When Mr. Barnes realized the extent of the damage he sent a glass company to our house and he replaced the damaged windows. We also took my new vehicle into Hooties and had the windows tinted and they did an awesome job

Wow, what a great company. If there is a bad review, it is because people don't understand how tinting works. Perhaps they only got a car window tinted before. The larger the window, the more likelihood of bubbles that WILL go away over time. Sometimes, depending on time of year and sun, it could take months. You just need to be patient.
That said, we had Jason and Bret tint our home windows. They were exceptionally professional, polite, quick and most importantly, very reasonable. They made no mess, and were in and out.
Can't say enough good things. Before we used Hooties, I read all the reviews. There was only one negative and I honestly believe the customer was unreasonable and had no idea how home window tinting differs from a car window.
Great company. Great prices. 100% satisfied.
