Quiet, well lit , and clean - this location is a fitting post for the knowledgeable and experienced staff that City Plumbing has managed to assemble. They make each call or visit a breeze and if they don’t have what you’re looking for they can usually get it for you quickly. Good job guys.

So excited to receive the Wolf Dual Fuel LP gas range for our mountain house. The delivery was prompt within three weeks( fantastic!) and although there was some glitches with the delivery and install two days before Thanksgiving, the issues were handled forthright and expeditiously by Chris in time for the big feast. The product is unbelievably marvelous, and thrilled with the product. Denise, highly professional handled the initial order and the customization. The Blairsville team were outstanding in meeting the logistics one runs into in the mountains. Very appreciative and highly recommend the products and service.

I would highly recommend Denise Williams and City Plumbing & Electric Supply in Blairsville for your one stop shop if you are in need of plumbing, electrical and/or appliances for your home. I found EVERYTHING I need there and Denise went out of her way to provide excellent customer service. Her professionalism and knowledge of her business exceeded my expectations.

My sales person was Michelle. From the 1st day we met her in April until today, July 6, I cannot say anything but great things about her. She was knowledgeable in every area of our remodel that we discussed. Returned emails as I had questions along the way or a phone call. Great customer service. Hard to find that anymore. I highly recommend City Plumbing and definitely Michelle for your future projects.

I am very disappointed with the owner's decision, Stewart Teaver, to cancel our order for $23,000.00 over a $1,400.00 vent hood that we decided would not work for us (GE P/NUVW93642PSS) which after checking on-line, this is in stock in may locations and could have been re-sold after charging us a restocking fee. Instead, the owner cancelled our entire order over this dispute for our GE Cafe refrigerator, dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave and additional oven! We are now ready for our appliances, after ordering these 3 months ago, and we have to start over! Does GE know who is representing their products? We could have gone to a big box company, but we try to support local business, and this is just a shame. They are not only OVER PRICED but their customer service is pitiful!!! I wish they had negative stars.

Refused to bypass restocking fee on an exchange for an in stock toilet on a very large order. Same toilet sells for $150 less at Home Depot. With 6 cabins left to renovate, we will buy the right color toilet at Home Depot and use the other one in one of the cabins. Our salesperson Denise was wonderful so we never questioned any pricing. It's a shame she will miss out on any future commission because of the company's unreasonable restocking fee. Caveat Emptor...Buyer Beware!

Not sure if the parts employees are miserable working there, or maybe they are just miserable in general. Been there 3 times, spoke to 3 different guys and each one was helpful but very rude. Not a way to treat customers!! Kinda like I was wasting their time from the onset. I suppose they can get away with it when they’re the only one in town. I’ll take my money elsewhere next time!

Mike was very informative concerning a situation we had with a booster pump during a big freeze. He quickly ordered what we needed and we were ready when our plumber arrived. His knowledge and personality made for a positive experience!

I have been here several times and bought ceiling fans and kitchen faucet. They are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly! I am getting ready to go back to see about some outdoor ceiling fans!! I am actually excited about it!!
