Customer service cashier was exceptionally crabby & rude. Not helpful at all & I asked twice about entering my # for my instant .25 cents off instantly. I'll not go back in while this employee is on duty as a cashier

I used to like this place. I got a different work schedule and the lady I had before was nice. My new cashier Carie is kinda mean. I’ve seen be rude to her own employees and she never smiles or looks happy in general. I now go to the one on Murphy highway and am very pleased with everyone’s service there. They ALL look happy over there

Always go out of my way to get my coffee because every employee gives the best service. Even if my day was bad, they always make it appoint to greet me and I have never left mad.... And it's just a convenience store. I like going there.

It seems as if every time I stop by this Circle K, the employees are outside smoking, and then when they are in the store, often times, they are not friendly. Also, on a few occasions now, I have been shopping in the store, and a few of the store clerks have stared me down in a very hard and unfriendly manner. I suppose this is partly because they have too much free time on their hands, and also, because they must have a lot of theft that I am not aware of. I am a fairly easy going individual who keeps to themselves, and have given these store clerks no reason to believe I would ever steal or be a concern for them, so, to be treated like you might be a concern, simply because other customers have stolen from them, is rude, and just an unprofessional way to do business. I have worked in customer service myself for many years and would never be so nonprofessional as to stare customers down in this hard fashion and just be in their business entirely too much. I mean, is business really that slow? I also think it is a bad look that the employees are always outside smoking, especially when they are not friendly and you can not even get into the door before you already feel uncomfortable due to the manner in which the employees are just too much in the customers business, which starts before the customer even walks in the door. If you are going to smoke outside the store, then be respectful about it, and to the customers when they are coming into the store. It is not difficult to just treat people with basic common respect, though it seems to be difficult for the employees who work here. I will definitely take my business elsewhere from now on. I have driven the extra distance before, to avoid the Circle K's in town, as they both have similar issues, and I will just drive the extra distance in the future so I do not have to deal with the rude employees at the Circle K's in town.

Pulled in to put air in my almost flat tire. The guy who worked there said they didn't have air. As we were driving out we saw a air machine right there in front of the gas pumps. Someone must be hitting that mountain moonshine! My big complaint is the charge of $1.50 to use air is insane. The machine didn't even work. Air was coming out but at a very low psi so by the time it half way fills, your time is up! Thankfully made it to tire repair place on like 20psi
