Due to lack of employees we can only offer minimum service. We are hiring for part time and full time. For both locations on 5224 murphy hwy as well. New owners and new vendors.

This has got to be the worst gas station or business I've ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. There are a few employees who treat the customers with some decency, though the majority that I've encountered are very lazy and ignorant and dismiss the customers when they try to make a valid complaint. To say that the environment is backward is accurate and putting it quite mildly. There is NO accountability among the employees or with the management either. If a customer makes a complaint, the employees try to besmirch the customer and attempt to use the most ignorant and nonsensical arguments possible to avoid taking accountability. I spoke with a woman tonight regarding a complaint who couldn't even string together an intelligent response to a complaint I made today, and claimed to have many years of experience in customer service which I don't buy based upon her complete inability to even respond to a complaint with a shred of decency. The things she said were literally nonsense and incredibly disrespectful. One minute she told me one story and the next minute her story changed completely and I don't think she has the mental capacity to follow her own senseless logic. The things she told me about the owner and how he was handling the complaint were equally shocking and just as ignorant and disrespectful. I don't have high expectations, though I do expect to be treated with some basic level of human decency that everyone deserves. I made a complaint to corporate, which I never would have done if I could have gotten anywhere with the owner. I do have to say that when speaking with corporate, it was really nice to speak to someone with some intelligence who actually cares about providing quality customer service. At this point, the complaint was handled so poorly and the things which were said to me by the employees here were so shockingly rude and ridiculous it's actually comical. You can't write this stuff it's so bad.

This is the Chevron Station located next to Wendys in Blairsville, GA. Due to a oil pipeline rupture our area has been experiencing gas shortages. The prices went up a little as the suppliers charged the vendors more. Average price for gas around town is $2.10. I understand supply and demand. What I DON'T understand is PROFITEERING. $2.45-$2.49! That's like businesses in Florida who used to charge a hundred bucks a sheet for plywood when the hurricanes were imminent. I will NEVER but gas from this station again.
