The customer service person I worked with here was very kind and knew her job. She was able to answer all the questions I had. Been doing some banking here for a number of years, and it's always a good experience.

I have never experienced this in my lifetime. my account was hacked after my debit card had been stolen. whoever did it had tried to pass a check through my account. luckily it was caught and I thought was handled. No money or anything came out of my account and I assumed it was taken care of. when cus service called to tell me I was sent to the fraud dept they asked me somen questions and I was told "ok well that's it and you can go into your local branch, get a new ATM card and thats it. once I got to the branch they said no we cannot give you a new card and your account is in some kind of status where your unable to use a card or anything else. A bit frustrated and confused I left. call again the next ay to cus serv and now they tell me that my acct is on hqold for 45 days to review. Now I have currently been put on disability for cancer stuff and my checks get dep directly. So now I've received a letter stating that OZK has decided I'm to "much of a risk to be in a banking partnership with them anymore" They have humiliated and embarrassed me to know end. They are making me feel as though they believe or have somehow decided I was at fault for this mishap with my acct. It's completely humiliating and I have been a solid customer for a couple of years anyway. I think this is the worst bank I have ever dealt with and don't understand why a board would allow them to treat a person like this. I guess I just don't have enough money or mean much to a big bank like this to matter to them enough as a customer. I feel they a treating me like some kind of crook or common criminal and if i had a way of doing it, I would boycott this pathetic excuse of a bank and if I could afford too. I would love to sew the heck out of them. you ought to be ashamed of yourself and not treat people like this. Every member of my family Bank OZK and friends are going to start removing there funds and relationship from this bank and hopefully it will matter to the next unimportant person they decide to do this too. Please help me to spread the work about this crappy bank and maybe we can make a difference to so.eone in the future Thank you Moses.

Went to the bank today to cash checks sign on door saying lobby open but door locked. Banker came to door and opened door and told me i was required to wear a mask. (Which I should have the right to decide if i want to according to governor) l. People are trying to take our rights . When i went to walk up to drive thru because my car would not fit through saw another customer inside not wearing a mask . Huh funny
