Friendliest UPS store I have been to. I have a UPS store 1 mile away but prefer to drive 5 miles to the Bethlehem UPS to do my ne essities. Efficient, pleasant and recommends easier ways to process my needs. Great job store a owner. Refreshing doing business with your store.

Worst customer service at this store! Manager is very condesending and could care a less about working together to solve an issue. After going back and forth, they told me to take my small reprint job somewhere else. There are many UPS stores to use!

This particular UPS store has the best employees I've ever experienced at some of the other UPS stores. They are always very helpful and friendly on any given day that I have visited in the last 2 years. Store #6583 should receive the Best of the Best rewards.

If I could leave a -0 review I would, Noah the " manager " is very dismissive , unprofessional , and not helpful at all. Hoping better staff gets hired... will follow up with corporate.

I went to the ups store today to return my AirPods case to Amazon because it was broke upon receiving the day before. I didn’t noticed that I left my air pods in the cases that was already packaged up a ready to send back to Amazon into about @5pm. I called UPS an explain my problem to one of the young lady an she understood an said I could come back to the store an look for them upon arriving back the two young lady’s unpackaged every box they had did that day into they found my air pods. When I say amazing & a true blessing . They save me $200 ! I couldn’t stop thanking them for everything ! Very sweet and understanding and amazing workers! EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH SHOULD DEFINITELY GO TO THEM ! I should’ve definitely got their names & called and bragged on them to the manager because they definitely did their big one

Best UPS in the surrounding counties. The customer service in conjunction with lower prices..but key is customer service.I drive from another county about 10 miles to use their services

Great communication in-person and even when you request a quote or inquire about a service via email. I've done over a dozen jobs / projects / tasks with this location. I'm pleased with the customer service and products.
