I went to Ulta Beauty in regal Park when I lived in New York and I had a really amazing stylist. Then I moved to Athens, Georgia and I bounced around to different salons and was not happy at any of them. I was used to getting a great cut and a great color in New York. The stylist I had at the Ulta in rego Park went to open a very successful salon of her own, I decided to give Ulta and Bethlehem a try.
At the time I didn’t know any of the stylists so my appointment ended up being with Elizabeth. My first time with Elizabeth, she gave me a very good haircut and blowout and then I went back several times for haircuts. It’s been a while. My blonde balayage grew out. My hair was very overdue for a cut and I wanted to cover the blonde with a brown and go with an Amber Face framing highlight. I wanted a shag haircut below my shoulders. The change was radical for me.
Elizabeth cut off I would say about 3 to 4 inches but she did an absolutely fantastic job. I will be 63 in a few weeks and I really believe the haircut and color that she gave me took at least 10 years off. Thank you, Elizabeth. You are amazing and I will never go to anyone else.

I had an excellent experience at the Bethlehem Ulta today. A Coty Representative assisted me, she was so very helpful, just went that extra mile. She was a beautiful person, with a wonderful positive vibe. I wish I had her name in order to properly express my appreciation. Thank you so much!

The Ulta Bethlehem Salon is the bestttttt!! Laura and Elizabeth are both so kind and welcoming! Laura has done my curly cuts for a year now and my curls have never looked more bouncy, defined, and voluminous!! I’ll never let anyone else touch my curls! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to transform their hair!

Not the best Ulta I’ve ever been to. Customer service is rude and not friendly nor engaging whatsoever. I’d rather make the trip to Athens versus return to this bitter place. ??

Still dealing with a horrific cut by one of the stylists. She also botched my daughter's haircut. They are going to send the stylist to continuing education for textured hair. She cut 9.5 inches off my hair into the hair line when all she was asked to do was trim the bottom of my hair and trim the bangs. It turned into a hack job that will now take years to grow out. And because she cut into my hairline on the sides, that 1.5" hacked hair is going into my eyeballs when I am outside with the wind blowing. Doing my hair in the morning is annoying because I have to try to weed out the hacked off pieces. Ulta lost my family's business for sure.

i hate this store and try to never go here but soemtimes i have a makeup emergency. they follow me around the entire store the entire time wvery single time i shop here. why? when i come in with my mother she isnt followed and i am. if i wanted to steal they certainly wouldn’t catch me slowly waddling behind like that but it’s still annoying and disrespectful. the theater of it is disrespectful. also theyre out of everything all the time.

Always a pleasant experience shopping here. Caylah is one of the nicest leaders that I have come across in a brick and mortar. I prefer online shopping bc I’m a millennial, but I will always pop my head in as the staff are really friendly approachable but not over bearing. Great job Ulta team.

I came into this store a couple of weeks ago, I was in a blind panic trying to replace some items I had forgotten when traveling to the area. I was not in a great mood due to having a limited time and budget. I was immediately greeted and helped by Kim. She was so patient and kind! She helped me replace the items I had to have and even helped me identify a better foundation match. She treated me with so much patience and kindness and REALLY knows her stuff! Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service like you don’t see anymore!

Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff. The sales manager Calah helped me choose some great skincare and another associate helped my mother find a great concealer. Would definitely go back!

Had receipt for expensive bottle of perfume and was told I could only get store credit because it was over 60 days. I had been in the store previously to inquire about it as I was having trouble finding the receipt. I was told not to worry about it as long as I found the receipt I could get a refund. unfortunately, this didn't happen and when I politely told the manager that it was poor customer service . She said there was nothing she could do and for me not to take it out on her. She seemed to enjoy being rude ?
