I went to this Target yesterday and bought a good bit of stuff and ran into a customer service issue. Found and item 0'd out and it was taken, which in my previous experience isn't usually in most other stores. I let it go. Came back this morning and spoke with Becky about this situation. She handled this with the most care as well as Catherine who took it upon herself hearing the situation to go back and find this belt. It was sold to me at its discount price. Very happy with how they handled and resolved this situation.
I don't come here too often but otherwise when I do. Nice, clean, and well organized store.

I'll be honest. I gave this place another chance (it had been years since I went and I checked it out a few months ago to see how it was now) but its gotten so bad. Every aisle is trashed and the poor employees have to deal with such rude teenagers. I went on a Monday and I figured it wouldn't be too busy and I was very wrong. I've never had a Target experience this horrible before. I just wish there was a Target closer to my house. Maybe one that's updated and properly staffed with enough employees to deal with a crowd of people. Either way, the only redeeming quality of this trip was the nice guy who rang me up. I hate seeing nice people being disrespected when they're just doing their job. I hope this place gets remodeled in the future.

Like others have mentioned, the employees are friendly and helpful, but this store is a disaster. Just look at these photos of the men's department... Come on target...we expect more of you!

What an ABSOLUTE TERRIBLE customer service this Target has to offer!! I have been trying to call and get in contact with ANYONE over the phone and absolutely no one answers the phone. I'd have better luck contacting the dead before someone answers the phone at this PATHETIC Target. If I could give 0 star I would, what a pity that I have to give this bad store 1 star!

This target is the most unorganized target I’ve ever seen. Upper management does absolutely nothing at this location. You can’t even shop here because it’s a literal disaster. Employees are nice and helpful but they can only do so much when the management here is literally incompetent. If target had half a brain they would replace all upper management at this location.

Vickie went above and beyond helping me out today with a product that showed it was in stock, but not on the shelves. She took the time to go across the store and look for it, went to another section where she thought it could be, and reached out to others. She then took it upon herself to go to the back because she thought it was on a delivery truck and she brought me out the product I was needing. She also told me of her own personal experience with this particular item and ensured I would love it. Vickie’s work ethic is incompatible to others and she deserves a raise immediately for her services today! Thank you Vickie!!!!!

This place has declined. The women's clothing area was trashed. There were clothes laying all over the floor and jeans thrown on the folded shirts. They had two registers open, and self checkout was closed. Gave me Wal-Mart vibes. The cashier was ok, but not really friendly.

Two stars only because the cashier who checked me out was so friendly and helpful. Otherwise, this store is an absolute MESS. It is impossible to shop in the women's or show section because everything is thrown everywhere and it's been like that for MONTHs. I'd try to help clean up and tidy a bit but it's to the point where you cannot even tell where things are supposed to go. This is beyond employees, management has failed this store. They need to hire more people to help out, I get the sense this store is severely understaffed.

I placed a pick up order today for painters tape. The girl asked for my code and replied I’ll be right back. 10 minutes passed and she comes out and goes to the car next to me and gives them their order. That car was not there when I arrived. I see my order hanging on the side of the cart. She proceeds to walk right past my car and goes back inside to target. I call out “mam, excuse me mam” she ignores me and walks back inside. I get out of the car and go inside Target where I see her get my order off the cart and when she turns around she sees me and smiles and hands me my order. Not one time did she say sorry for the wait, or I’m sorry I forgot your order on the cart. If she hates her job then she needs to find something else.

Where other Targets are discounting particular action figures, this one is not at all. I can literally go to the Target in Athens and pay $11.99 for a figure being sold for $29.99 here. I guess this explains why they have so many collecting dust. Disappointing.
