“I went to this Target yesterday and bought a good bit of stuff and ran into a customer service issue. Found and item 0'd out and it was taken, which in my previous experience isn't usually in most other stores. I let it go. Came back this morning and spoke with Becky about this situation. She handled this with the most care as well as Catherine who took it upon herself hearing the situation to go back and find this belt. It was sold to me at its discount price. Very happy with how they handled and resolved this situation.
I don't come here too often but otherwise when I do. Nice, clean, and well organized store.”

“Big Lots in Monroe is the BEST! We were shopping for a mattress for my mother that was coming into town and the second time we went in the price had increased by a hundred dollars. When I questioned about any discount, the employee was wonderful and sought to help us. He was so accommodating and helped us to save money with a coupon. We would definitely shop here a lot more.”
“I wanted to try out the store pick up parking service but I chose to do the walk in store pick up instead and I must say that I was impressed. I purchased 2 fleeces from the Columbia label and chose to pick up my merchandise rather than go through the mail, so from the time I went on line and made the purchased within an hour Belks had emailed me and had my fleeces ready for pickup. WOW ! THAT'S WHAT I CALL SERVICE, PERIOD”
“The girl running the self checkout greeted me when I came in. The girl running the register was nice and price matched things for me. I’ve never done a price match before. They were very kind and helpful and helped me get my grill loaded. I will return. I came in after Home Depot didn’t help me and didn’t care that I was there.”
