This place already has the most ridiculous hours ever but I show up at 830 hoping I can get done fast and not be too late to work. Guess what, apparently the hours are really just a suggestion doesn't actually mean they are going to keep them.

I went to this post office and mailed a package. The lady took my item and said she would get it shipped out. She didn't even close the envelope and my buyer got an empty package. Negligence.

Just one visit, and this has already become my most favorite post office!!! It beats all the Virginia Beach ones by far.This small little (older) post office is located on the corner of Atlantic Street and Plume Street downtown Norfolk. I had a package to mail off and said, let me knock this out real quick, (around 9am on a Wednesday.)I didn't get his name, but the older gentleman that helped me was just so very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I could tell that the two folks of ahead of me were regulars, and were chit chatting with him like they were his friend. Talking about thanksgiving, stamps, etc.I mailed off a 12' x 16' inch canvas, and it was $7.50, and also bought a book of Holiday stamps for $11, for the few cards I'll send out.I told the gentleman, "This is my first time at this location!" And he said, "Well, welcome! I hope you come back!" I definitely will. Most positive USPS experience, ever!!! I highly recommend!*Their hours are shorter than most, only 8:30am - 2pm Monday - Friday.**Review #52 of 2020.

Absolutely the worst post office ever. Mail is been waiting two weeks from close states to be delivered plus the person who works there has her kid there all day long. Moultrie advised us three to five days max. We need door to door delivery. Absolute incompetence and excuses across the board. This post office needs to he shut down and door to door delivery. We have filed a formal complaint with Moultrie
