I've been with Ameris Bank since their beginning. This branch is not my initial Ameris, but it is my favorite. I drive a farther distance to do my banking here.

I chose Ameris after I moved to the Atlanta area from Los Angeles because I wanted a smaller bank with an excellent reputation. Immediately on entering the branch, I found the teller and assistant branch manager Angie to be both welcoming and professional. The process of setting up checking and savings accounts was easy and also left me feeling my trust in Ameris is well-placed. I m glad I chose Ameris!

I went today and I had a very bad experience from the bank because they did not want to change a check because I do not have that money in the account. Is possible that they could not help me if they have that money and I have this with them and I’m very disappointed also the woman who attended me is racist.

I have only 3 years with this bank, customer service is super good. Marie D. Cantave Personal Banker attended to me, at that time her computer did not work well for her and it was almost 9:30 am when she began to attend me and I started working at 10:15 they did their best to help me and already I had to go and Marie says to me I can have everything ready for you at your time that you leave at 2:30 you only enter signatures and leave. And likewise, I arrived at the bank, she was with another client, but she got up and took me to another office, just firm and I left the bank in less than 5 minutes. I liked the service, she is super professional, she dedicated me just enough time. and necessary
