I was in Berkeley Lake Branch to take care some pending business.Mr Tito Ortiz Personal Banker did an excellent job. He fix my Online Banking and explained to me the benefits of personal cash flow and he help me get approve for a Credit Card I feel so please with his job and excellent customer service level .
