Excellent service, I called on a Friday afternoon explained my problem, the service manager told me to bring in Saturday morning got there he as parts department for a part an jumped in his self ,an 10 minutes later I was on my way back home Thanks for the quick service

Deal started good then went sideways based, likely on miscommunication However Derek Jacobs made everything right even when I decided not to complete the purchase. I would recommend this dealership as they are honest, straightforward and accept responsibility when they make a mistake.
