Worst service advisor I ever met.When I arrived and walked in, the service advisor ignored me completely while working on his computer. It would be good if they could at least say good morning or I’ll be with you in just a minute or something. Then I told him about an issue with my vehicle tailgate seal that is not seated properly in its groove and doesn’t look right. I have a friend with the identical vehicle who had same problem and had hers replaced under warranty. The service advisor told me he didn’t see that as an issue at all and what I think is an issue is not the same as what he thinks is an issue! We looked at another same vehicle and it also had the same issue. Twisted seal that looks like it’s coming out of the groove. He said if it’s not leaking it doesn’t need to be replaced. I was very disappointed that he dismissed my concern so rudely. The vehicle is less than a year old and shouldn’t have such a blatant cosmetic defect that could lead to rain water leaking into the car over time, which if it’s beyond the warranty I will get stuck paying for it. Then he said even if it did start leaking it wouldn’t be covered anyway because seals are not part of the warranty agreement. That’s not true at all because my friend got hers replaced free, same vehicle and same dealership.I am very disappointed in the service I received that day from a very unfriendly and rude service advisor. If he was just having a bad day or in a bad mood he shouldn’t take it out on the customers!I bought the vehicle there so I have the first few service visits free, but as soon as that runs out I will not be back, nor would I ever recommend anyone to buy a car from there because the service department is the worst I ever dealt with. And I’ve heard so many others say the same thing.

Scammers paid for a part put in a bad part waited 4 months while calling getting hung up on no results I paid in full for a new ecm to be put in they put in a bad one still waiting they have the part refuse to give it to me also refuse a refund. I said maybe I should talk to a lawyer bc it didn't sound right alpha male came out and said no one speak to this lady she gets nothing almost 600 I paid and still nothing just a bunch of crooks. I was nice and respectful I just want my work done and part or my money back I deserve that much I've used y'all religiously but no more you use ur customers and just take from people that can't afford it.

I compare my experience to the other dealerships I have been to over the last three months in middle Georgia. There is no comparison. Jeff Woodard listened to my needs and concerns and helped me to find the best fit for me. I never felt pressured nor did I receive automated calls three times a day. Awesome experience purchasing a pre owned vehicle from Woody Folsom Chevy, shout out to Preston and Ben for making the car buying process simple and easy. scheduling was easier than ever. i didnt have to wait on anyone to pick up the phone. the automated service was quick and easy. the dealership was ready for the vehicle at the appropriate time and the wait wasnt that long. the lounge provided was comfortable and quiet. everyone was cordial.

I had a great experience with Jordan and Ben. Complete transparency on requested vehicle pricing. Ben was very patient and crunched numbers on 3 vehicles before I finally decided. Ben communicated very well and made the online purchase and delivery very easy. I was difficult at times but Ben listened and got me everything I needed and wanted. Thank you!
