Chantel has been my tax lady for years up until this year (2022) as she has unexpectedly passed away and was an awesome,awesome woman and tax preparer and she will be GREATLY missed for her bubbly and always positive and yet she still done my taxes for me and done an excellent job! I had a new tax preparer this year due to Chantel's unexpected death and I wasn't at all disappointed, she was just as awesome as Chantel as I knew she would be and therefore I'm extremely satisfied with the services that H&r block has provided for me and my loved ones for years and whom I've also referred to H&r block as well due to my always positive experiences with them. Thank you for asking me my opinion, I'm extremely satisfied! Thank you! Chantel was so awesome at what she did and was one of the best people I knew and she will be greatly missed thats for sure!
