The coaches are very knowledgeable and encouraging. The gym has plenty of room which is a must in CrossFit. The environment and other members are super welcoming too!

Have dropped in several times during my work trips. Owner is fantastic and very accommodating. Highly recommend if you are ever in the Baxley area.
