“This review is for Adam, Mobile Technician and Professional! I set up a mobile tech appointment for Tuesday morning. Apparently there was a communication error and Adam showed up to the appointment 1 day earlier. Unfortunately, I wasn’t available at the time he showed up to repair my truck. After communication with Dispatch, Adam volunteered to come back and complete the repairs. Once he arrived back, (late in the afternoon), he was ever the professional! He listened intently on what the issues I had with my truck and immediately went to work.I spent 23 years in the Military and rarely have I seen anyone since exhibiting “Self Sacrifice” and “Dedication to Duty” as I have from this Man who was caught in between a communication error. I would give him 10 stars if it was available, and I am forever grateful to Adam for his sacrifice and dedication! He not only repaired my Truck (Business), but he renewed my faith in more than multiple ways.”
