Sent in my 2005 Lexus ES 330 to be repaired after it was hit by a truck in a parking lot. The aggressor of the accident was kind enough to leave his info and took full responsibility for the damages. Via Allstate, I found a “proffered” shop - this one. They did the body work on the car and was happy to charge top dollar for it to Allstate - but completely neglected and mechanical issues while leaving the outside absolutely hideous, as well. Would give them 0 stars if I could - have been walking to work for 3 months without a car and nobody seems to care at all. I hope this business fails, honestly.Service: Painting

I had two items repaired at Jimmy's. One was an insurance claim and the other was not. Jerry and his staff handled everything and talked me through the claim process. It all worked out the way they said it would. I felt so comfortable with them that I left town on vacation while my truck was being repaired. I received a phone call the first morning I returned in town that my truck was finished. It looks better than brand new. Thanks Jerry. Excellent work!!!

The service was awesome. They did a great job repairing my son's car. The price was fantastic. They didn't try to break the bank with costly repairs. They were in communication with me and the insurance company. Jerry was really nice to me and my family and kept us informed. The customer service was great. If I need an auto body shop again, I will definitely go to Jimmy's.

Fantastic work and service!! Replaced both rear window regulators for me, even got the sticky/gummy tape residue off the windows that I had used to hold them up prior to repair, without me having to ask. Definitely would use then again!
