Multiple pharmacists speak down to me. Numerous interactions are rude, agressive and condescending. Doctors offices are often shocked when I quote the things said. Thankfully I know who I am and I have manners so that situations do not unnecessarily escalate. Maybe stop gate keeping decent Customer service and interaction. Who knows, you may be affecting special needs children and their caregivers. There’s always an opportunity to be helpful and kind. Don’t miss them ladies!

This the Best and Cleanest Ingles I have ever been too. Such a much larger variety of just about everything. Staff members are welcoming and so polite. The restrooms are also very clean as well. Barnesville GA. The management is very poor! They discriminate against their employees. They treat the employees that actually do their jobs, meanwhile the employees that are not doing their jobs are walking around the store eating food off the shelf and/or is standing around playing on their phones and/or talking nothing about work with management. All this while lines are long at registers with the only employees who are working. Management has no problem being rude and nasty to workers that work, they freely do so infront of customers. Customers have plenty to say when management walks away. They tell working employees that they are taking them off the schedule for 2 weeks for doing nothing wrong. When an employee works a double shift and ask for their 30 min break they get sent home instantly. Corporate should really get involved and watch cameras, ask previous employees who quit and talk to every employee still employed. They should get rid of any and all employees that does not do their job, who discriminates employees and higher up bosses that wont correct the bad situations employees are having to deal with. This store has also took away all cleaning supplies from works so nothing is properly cleaned with this coronavirus (COVID-19) going around.

Very nice store. Good selection and I purchased several 'house brand' products that were all of good quality including a multi-vitamin, aloe, ibuprofen, a dog toy rope. I wish they would have had some dog wipes (like lightly scented), though. My favorite part about this place was the old-time sticker/temporary tattoo machine on the way out. I coulda wasted my entire change purse there. Haven't seen one since I was a teen! The tattoos were AWESOME...but in my excitement I guess I used the machine too fast and it jammed...sadface. Also, I used self-checkout so no comment on service. I've learned to not even bother at supermarkets.

This review is for the INGLES GAS EXPRESS station. Trashcans full & islands/driveways/pumps really need a powerwash badly. Blue towel dispenser was full, window washing fluid clean & squeegee new. Pump shut off after pumping only 1 gallon of (premium) gas even though my tank was only 3/4 full. I tried manually pumping the rest, but it shut off again after only one gallon. Fooey. I can get the rest of my gas at home. Wanted to save a trip though. The pumps look pretty beat up. Are probably ready to be replaced, or at the very least repaired.

Been shopping here for years, but never again. In the past, I have been allowed to return and exchange items without issues. Most of the times I'm happy with my purchases at this store so I rarely need a return, so imagine my frustration today when I was hassled by a rude manager over a return that was LESS than $5. I bought a box of of what I thought were reduced sugar fruit snacks but they were dried fruit. The front of the box did not make that clear so I didn't know until I opened them. I had my receipt, so first she made me wait while she asked another manager if she could refund them. She came back and told me she'd do it this time, but they can't just refund something because I don't like it. I explained that I was misled due to them being with the fruit snack candies. So she stopped processing my return and read every cover of the box. She pointed out the slim side panel with the accurate description. I said that was the fine print. She rudely said that she always reads the fine print when she doesn't know what she's getting. She gave me a hard time and was rude to me for $4 and some change. I will NEVER shop at Ingles again since they don't want to refund $4. I've literally spent thousands here over the years, but they just lost my business over $4. Wish I could leave zero stars.
