If Zero stars was an option it would be my choice. Pharmacy is out of meds all of the time which isn't new for pharmacies these days but they don't call or text to let you know your medication is out of stock, you have to show up to find out its not there. The drive thru window is broken and/or just closed approx 80% of the time I've been using them over the past 1.5 years which sucks when you have an infant to haul inside then the line is backed up for 40 minutes. Today I've been trying for 30 minutes just to get someone in the pharmacy to answer the phone. Go to Ingles or literally anywhere else!

Went to pick up my prescription today (8/15) that was called in last Monday (8/07). The girl at the register said I had to go to the drop off window and talk to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was at her computer, about 15' away, and calls out, "You have a question?". I said, "Apparently.". She asks what's my question and I said, where's my medication? She asks my name, I told her. She asks my last name, and I told her. She asks my birthday, and I replied. The entire conversation took place 15' apart...where's the privacy in that. She gets a bottle off the shelf and I ask her if she thinks it'll be ready by next week. She says she filling it now, and I said I'll pick it up next week. This is a vitamin D supplement. VITAMIN D! And after a week it's not ready?!? It's a once a week pill, took my last one yesterday so I don't need it until next week. I love the commercial where the dad takes his little girl to the doctor and then goes to CVS to pick up a prescription. The pharmacist is there waiting to give them the prescription as they walk in. Everyone is smiling and the little girl is feeling great without even taking her medicine. That's the CVS I want to go to. Where is it? And the sign says prescriptions are filled in the order they are received. Are you saying this store hasn't filled a prescription received since mine was last Monday? The pharmacist didn't have any questions for me. I've been getting my prescriptions here for years. You have my information. My insurance is CareMark. That's YOU! This location sucks.

Going to pick up a prescription that’s been called in by your Doctor hours or even sometimes days prior? You’re going to have to come back! Prescriptions are never ready when you arrive. Drive thru! Pointless to have at this location, it’s almost always closed. I held for over 40 mins to speak to someone in reference to my prescription. This is the worst CVS I’ve ever experienced!

We just moved and this is the closest CVS to us so we went through the hassle of transferring all of our Rx to this location. We moved from a very very busy CVS to this location, if I could leave a -5 star I would. They have a drive thru that is NEVER avail or open. When you call the pharmacy they never answer. They claim they are "so busy" but there is hardly ever anyone thereThis place is the worst !

Trying to reach the pharmacy to ask a question on a medication is impossible. They let you hold and then hang up. Nobody appears to have the nerve to pick up the telephone. Spoke to store manager and they hung up too. Time to look for a new pharmacy.

Came to the pharmacy when everyone was coming back from lunch and the pharmacy was quickly forming a line. Regina was very professional and really patient. Even with the stress over getting slammed she apologized for the wait and did her best to assist as best she could. My 5 stars is just for her and my experience with her service.I heard a pharmacist, Jennifer, being extremely unprofessional and very nasty while working the drive thru. Regina apologized for Jennifer and she was not the one being unprofessional.

Drive thrus are for drive thru pick up leave they are for quick pick ups!!! They Are NOT TO DRIVE UP and wait for SCRIPTS TO BE FILLED OR TO GET THEM TRANSFERRED THEN FILLED WHILE U SIT THERE HOLDING UP EVERYONE ELSE. We actually sat for 45 mins while this happened at CVS in Barnesville Ga. Come on folks drive thru please!!!!

I've been using this location mainly for the pharmacy for about the last year. I haven't had any issues but I have noticed that the management has changed which as far as I'm concerned, it hasn't bitten for the better or for the worse.. The pharmacy has been good, no problems. There's a weird vibe in the store but they let my son come in and play with the cars on the floor so I can't really complain LOL

Just witnessed a Manager named Sasha or Tasha being very rude to a pregnant customer in front of her child seemed she was having a bad day and took it out on her.

Five stars for Evan. My husband's many, many medications are constantly being changed and dosages agjusted. Evan makes sure we understand any interactions and side effects, answers all my many questions, and handles any issues with getting the prescriptions filled, no problem. He also helps with making sure we get the best prices. He is a Rock Star and is the reason we put up with the sometimes rude service. Thanks, Evan!

My daughter has been on same medicine for years. And every month there's always excuse to why it can't get filled on time or how they gotta order it or even to tell me its ready for me to get there and still have to wait 20-45 min. Im so irratated with this cvs.
