The customer service from this company is a hit or miss. Also, the delivery time is a bit too long in my opinion. It takes more than a month for custom coffee sleeves to be delivered.

Do better with the lead times on getting your customers their product. I am beyond frustrated that it is taking 7 weeks to get coffee sleeves to my shop. Absurd, asinine, and ridiculous are understatements.

Received custom cups with blurred outlines for my business name and logo was smaller than it was supposed to be. I emailed my logo while on the phone with art department and was told the size it would print based off of the logo submitted. I also confirmed size first for the premium option on their site before ordering. When I emailed then called to ask why my logo was not clear and looks fuzzy I was informed there is pixelization due to their printing method. They also said I would need to change my outline choice to remove pixelization and if I wanted to have the full size logo was supposed to be then it would need to be resized. None of these changes were mentioned before printing and shipping my cups even after multiple proof revisions with the art department including the exact outline they later said would need to be changed after it was too late. The proof looked perfect and I was so excited to get my cups. Their offer to fix it was to waive the $50 set up fee. When I emailed to confirm they wanted me to repurchase but waive the set up fee there was no reply. What a huge disappointment!

The City of Oxford, Ohio has been using YBC for cups for our DORA district as well as several special events we have hosted. Their products are excellent and well-priced, their approval process is clear, and we get our items quickly. But what impresses me most is the speed and thoroughness of their customer service. Anytime I've asked a question I get a very swift reply (from an actual human) and my question gets resolved with kindness. We'll be using YBC for a long time.

Ordered two cases of Double Wall Paper Cups for two different groups at my organization. One of the groups has an event coming up next week - but the lead time on the cups was set to deliver post-event due to busy season. Your Brand Cafe customer service understood our tight predicament and was able to push our order through and have it delivered way earlier than expected! Two weeks before our event! And they came in looking fabulous! Everyone thinks they are just so, so high quality and way better than our previous branding efforts: hand placing stickers on coffee sleeves. I loveeee (and will continue to work with) any company that helps me look good in front of our constituents! Thank you Your Brand Cafe!

I just ordered 8oz cups for my business - they are so cute and fit the esthetic I was going for perfectly. I just placed an order for all other cup sizes. I also love that Your Brand Cafe has double insulated cups for those who dislike the traditional java jacket/ sleeve. I wish they could get here sooner than 6-7 weeks out - but it's worth the wait. Definitely recommend trying out.

I was finally ready to order a few cases of cups for a global sporting event when I contacted Your Brand Cafe about rush options. To my surprise, they absolutely can rush orders by the case and in our order, we needed multiple cases done and shipped pretty quickly. Brandis and the team really stepped up and helped make sure the order was processed promptly. I have now called the number on their website twice and have had no issues talking with an actual (really helpful and nice) human being that answered all my questions quickly! Thanks team, looking forward to smashing this event and making an even bigger impact as a brand than with generic cups! Thanks!
