“I have never been treated as sweetly as the gentleman behind the counter has treated me today. Thank you, kind sir. I aspire to be as kind and friendly as you have been to me. Also, this biscuit was most likely made this morning (just a guess), however the texture and warmth does NOT make it seem like it has been sitting there for hours. It is not hard at all. It’s soft, and it is not at all dried out. It is still delicious, and it is 4 PM!10/10 Definitely Recommend this StoreFYI, they do not sell lottery tickets.”
“I don't know why the reviews are so terrible here. People are tripping. I have had nothing but great experiences at the Shell. The staff are all wonderful the place is always clean and organized. My only complaint would be how early they close on Friday and Saturday night. Heck thats anywhere in Hickory Flat!”

“Not sure who left that negative review for them but both men who work at the store are super nice they have what I've come for sitting on the counter ready for me, ask me abt work, and how day is going, and have always been friendly and im a pretty shy quiet person when I don't know someone but I always feel welcome. They def have my business as long as I live in the area.”
