“Stopped in there today with my jeep after experiencing a loss of power. And the check engine light was on one of the helpful guys behind the counter offered to scan the Jeep. We found that it needed spark plugs and ignition coil. They loaned me the tools and in 20 minutes I was back on the road. I always use O’Reilly auto parts when I can. These guys are some of the best.”

“We called just to see if they had an adapter, they did. And when they saw us pull up, had the part waiting on the counter.To be fair, we called about a 7-slot to 4 plug adapter for a sub to uhaul trailer, so he did have a hint it was us. But he was still on top of things.Friendly people as well.”
