This shop obviously can not keep good records because I’ve never owned a Altima and I brought a ranger to the location after that date and got a rotation at that point some young kid was on the ground with a jack doing the rotation.. my question on Facebook was a simple question not directed at anyone but yet you did not respond and just blocked me from the page. very professional!! Hence why I came to google

Awesome service. Ball Ground Tire & Auto worked on my old truck from the 90s when other shops had refused me service due to the age of the truck. They got me in fast, did great work and even completed the services on my vehicle earlier than expected! I 100% recommend this shop to anyone, the workers are extremely friendly and handled my old truck with great care. I will be returning for any other services that I need!

Fantastic service! We were on our way from Atlanta to the mountains when we got a nail in our car. We stopped by and the man at reception was exceptionally nice and even let our dog inside which was great for a really hot day. We were in and out in probably 15-20 mins. Definitely recommend!

I stopped in today because my tire pressure light came on as I was leaving for work. Sure enough, I had a nail in my tire. They were able to get my car right in and had me on my way in 15 minutes. Thank you so much!! They're always courteous and do their best to get you in and back on the road again.

I have to say this was the best customer service I’ve had at any kind of tire or auto repair shop. The front desk gentleman Ryan was very friendly and very helpful!! The mechanics were very knowledgeable and fast. I have two children and they were very kind to them as well!!! I recommend this place to everyone from now on!!

Me and my husband came in right before close with a flat tire and a 9 hour drive home. They immediately took our car back discovered it was a bad valve core, replaced it and had us on our way within minutes. Everyone there was so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend!
