Bro Lightning & Sassy Sis McCloud We have been coming to see the Doctors here since we were 9 months old. Since then we have seen both Doctor Larry and Doctor Sally. We are happy to see them both. We are happy to say that will be seeing them the end of this month for our annual visit on August 31. They are quite thorough with our examination. Everyone there is so friendly and professional.

We live in Blairsville now but our veterinarian here of many years could not get us in for several days. Our elderly Siamese was in rough shape...I've been to Dr Sally with my daughter and have heard great things. I asked my daughter if she could see if they could get us in. When we got the ok we took off down the road. Dr Sally and her team from vet techs to office staff were remarkable. They took such good care of her. She is still alive...it's rough and getting rougher but we are grateful for the extra time we have with Sugar.

I recently moved into Ball Ground and have attempted to give all my business to the local business owners and today was like no other. I have a 14 year old Weimaraner who took a turn for the worst today. I walked into your office and explained my situation to one of your staff members while another staff member was on the phone.. Me: I recently moved here and do not have an established veterinarian. My 14 year old Weimaraner fell and his hip has appeared to have failed and needs to be put down. Staff member : ok Other Staff member that hung up phone: sorry sir. We are not taking new patients and here are two names of other vets that you can see if they can assist. Good luck! Me: shocked, baffled, "proceeds to walk out" I do not give business reviews normally because everyone has a bad day. I sure hope this staff member in the future listens and provides empathy and a possible solution for an emergency need. I'm sure this is a great place that loves all animals but today it sure did not feel that way.... Below you will see who will suffer another day because of your staffs failed attempt to work things out!

I simply love this vet hospital for my sweet fur babes!! They are always available for my pets and the office staff is efficient and kind! The Veterinarians are so kind and their assistants are just as sweet! Know you will not go wrong in taking your "fur" loved one here for a checkup or a visit!!

I have been to several animal hospitals over the years and this one is by far the best out of all of them, Dr. Larry and Dr. Sally are the most compassionate veterinarians that I have ever seen.

We moved to Ball Ground just under a year ago and bounced around a couple of vets. Our oldest pup was progressing in congestive heart failure and none of the vets we saw put us at ease with their treatment. We then found Dr.Gerlich. Immediately, he switched up our sweet boy's medicine to best treat his condition instead of mask it. At the time, he was going through the same thing with his pup as we were and we really felt that he went above and beyond in his treatment plan. Sadly, we had to put our sweet boy down right before Christmas. As heartbroken as we still are, we could not have asked to have a better vet by our side. The entire staff made us feel like family. We chose to have a private cremation; we had no idea how beautifully done and reasonable it would be. We really feel that everything at BGAH is beyond reasonable. It's very clear they are here to really care for your little loved ones and not Nickel and dime you. Of all the vets we've had over the years, we've never felt in better hands. We have two more pups that are patients of Dr Gerlich, too. We are so glad to have found him!

Was here today for our first visit for our New member or a boy Brad Siberian husky Dr. Larry is awesome he said our dog is the best dog he’s ever seen for a husky and that we got a good dog and I found a awesome veterinarian very highly recommend staff is very friendly very friendly to your animal treat you right and then even even better the price they don’t overcharge you I will be back

In all my years of owning dogs and going to Vets, I've never met a more caring Veterinarian than Dr. Larry Gerlach. I drive 30 minutes one way just to see him and have the utmost confidence in him and his staff!
