Don't bother with the new management. They are charging steep shipping fees to store when it's on $5 to ship to your home instead. They wanted to charge a $30 shipping fee when the Dorman website only charges $5.

We called just to see if they had an adapter, they did. And when they saw us pull up, had the part waiting on the counter.To be fair, we called about a 7-slot to 4 plug adapter for a sub to uhaul trailer, so he did have a hint it was us. But he was still on top of things.Friendly people as well.

Wanted to praise this place. We were on the way to the airport to catch a flight and the alternator went out. They had one in stock and went out of their way to help and let us use tools, etc. We got it changed quickly and made it to the airport in time. Thanks again.

Be careful trusting this location ballground ga. to fulfill their ordered parts. Placed an order for a power steering pump, was told it would be in sat. Morning. Pump did not arrive or they lost it. Computer says it was delivered to them but it wasn't there for pickup. The parts guy said he wanted to reorder it but couldn't get it for another 4 days. Now why would I trust them and wait longer to possibly mess that order up too. I've got a vehicle that's needed and needs repaired. Very poor service. Guess Jeff bezos is gonna get a little richer from another Amazon order. Parts stores today have such low quality service.
