Would give ZERO stars if it was available. Called for a whole week to have my prescription transferred over. Gave them the number of the old pharmacy that I wish to have them transferred from. Here it is 5 days later and no meds. Called twice in one day to see what the hold up was. I was told they never faxed them over and they would need to do a verbal. I asked how long would this take the tech said about 10 minutes. Arrived at the store 40 minutes later thinking I could get my meds and to my surprise I was told that they couldn't do it today because they are busy and the pharmacist would call them tomorrow. ( while I was on the phone with the pharmacist from the other store I asked how can I get this paper faxed over, she informed me that it was sent. While she was telling me they would need to do a verbal (walmart pharmacist) said "I will call them tomorrow or you can go to other walmart to get your meds") I inform the walmart pharmacist that I have been trying to get my diabetes meds all week and this is how I'm being handled. I will NEVER go back to this pharmacy. Rudeness an unpleasant attitude Not professional at ALL. I don't see how they allow her to work here.

This pharmacy gets 5 stars from me because of one of the ladies that work there, Miss Mary. She is kind, polite, professional and always treats us well. She is such a wonderful lady, she deserves great praise for being so good at what she does. Thank you Mary!

The worst pharmacy in Bainbridge. About three months ago I swapped pharmacies to Walmart because the medicine was the cheapest there. Well, huge mistake. I’ve had nothing but issues since. Every single time I’ve had a refill called in by my doctor it takes them two or three times to fax over the approval before Walmart actually file it. Also, I was unable to get my medicine (medicine that I would literally die without) yesterday bc my ID was expired. I understand that if it was someone other than me getting my medicine but it was ME! She could clearly see it was me on the ID and my name on the prescription. This was after waiting in line for 30 minutes. Very rude Techs.

Absolutely love this Pharmacy. I've had a couple issues but they were quickly taken care of. And everyone here is super sweet. As long as I call ahead they usually have my medicine ready right away or within 5 to 10 minutes of me getting there. I will continue to use them every time I get my medicine. ❤️

The only pharmacy in Bainbridge that gets your medicine quick and on time. Always make sure they give you a consultation, and follow through with any u ask.

If I could give negative stars that evaporate any positive stars, I would.

If I could give negative stars that evaporate any positive stars, I would. I rushed into the pharmacy today to get insulin for my dog (Layla). I was allowed to cut in line in front of the three people I asked and explained my situation (my fur baby was weak, having seizures, blindness, and couldn't stand and her blood sugar tested 533). My dog (of 8 years) was more than likely dying back at home! This is our first encounter with diabetes in our fur baby. At first it seemed like the person at the counter was going to help but when she came back empty handed I knew something was off. I was told that, "we've already put the insulin away and can't get it out". So basically they've put it away and my bad timing and the rapid approaching hurricane (I was there 15-20 minutes before their early closing) equalled no insulin for my critical canine. I promptly walked away after doubling down and asking if they were sure they couldn't get it for me. They didn't. So I gave them the sarcastic thumbs up and got the hell out of there and went to WalGreens instead. The pharmacist there said he couldn't believe that and said he's sorry that it was super expensive there (Walgreens). I didn't give a damn at that point, my dog needed the meds an hour ago. I paid the larger sum ($160 vs Walmarts $27) and got out of there to administer it back at home. My wife called Walmart to complain and was told the same thing. It was put away and not going to be gotten for anyone, humans included. She had this confirmed with the pharmacist on duty there. So if a person that needed a cheaper vial of insulin had come up there and needed it to get through this storm, they wouldn't get it. These people would rather let another person (or dog) die instead of taking 5 minutes (plenty before the early closing) to get what was needed. Keep in mind nothing online reflected the early closing time. I understand that people who are working right now are nervous and ready to get home but five more minutes to ensure that someone or someone's furbaby makes it through the night is worth it in my eyes. This was not the case here. All I got was a "sorry". Sorry my family member is dying and you can't get ANYONE AT ALL to at least try and get a vial. This is not ok and corporate will be aware asap.

Very rude and inconsiderate techs! Had a heart attack back on February. Also CHF diagnosis. Short life expectancy in which I have accepted. I work healthcare so I thoroughly understand how hectic it can be. But I just moved to Bainbridge and am trying to get all of my meds situated which is ALOT. Called today to get refill and the techs were very rude. They blow and huff and puff in your ear and don't care that you hear them. This is disgusting customer service. Pharmacist was nice and helpful though. As soon as my insurance kicks is my meds will be transferred again. Praying I don't have to deal with them ever again. They literally dodge work, place you on hold to prevent helping in situations they don't want to deal with. Stress and my condition do not work well together.

Customer service is outstanding. Prescriptions always ready on time. Always take time to answer questions. Never sound hurried or frustrated when they answer the phone.
