Every time I called today at least 3 times back to back the gay black male employee continued to hang up the phone. I spoke to a manager that said she knows who the employee is and will follow up but wanted the public and Walgreens cooperate to be aware of this ignorant non sense. Just a shame in such a little town so many rude and ignorant employees at these retail stores. Please God remove their opportunities and replace with any race and gender that is more deserving and grateful!!

I would like to personally thank Brett at the Bainbridge GA store on Shotwell Street for giving me an unexpected call to check on me about some new medication I was prescribed. I had serious concerns about one, but after speaking with him, my mind was more at ease and I truly appreciate him for answering all of my inquiries not only professionally, but with care and real concern. Thank you Brett and kudos for amazing professionalism and mannerisms!

I drove 30 minutes to get tested for COVID at this location. My appointment was for 11:15. When I showed up at 11:10 the pharmacy was closed. The store manager said “they were supposed to have let you know”.. they did not. Thanks for the total lack of communication, lack of care, and terrible experience. Do better.

My 86 year old mom could not get the pharmacy to answer the phone yesterday to get a needed refill, today she went was in line at the drive through at 5:30 she got to the window and the nasty mouth girl said we’re closed mam and slammed the curtain down at 6:00

Destiney is extremely rude, asked her for a simple price check & she started giving me attitude & smacking her lips. Believe she's the manager, will never comeback to this location, she is incredibly unprofessional & needs a large amount of customer service training. This is not your home sweet heart, it's a place of business, act as such, idiot. She's the definition of 'The GHETTO', she needs to be fired.
