It’s wayyy too much of a hassle to handle business (fraud, preventing future transactions, and etc). Also, it takes so long to get ahold of a representative to ask questions. The app is not good, you don’t see the transaction you’ve made until hours- days later plus you can’t even manage your account (locking card, dispute charges) on it. Would not recommend.

The lady at Bainbridge, Georgia location is very rude and disrespectful. She need more customer service training. Thank god this not the location that I will have to deal with.

I tried using my card multiple times yesterday 10/23/2021 and I've been a member for 10+ years and I'm a VIP member but my card was declined in stores, at ATMS, and at a restaurant. I called corporate office 6 times in between these times with somewhat, don't know what to call it service, was told my card would be fine to use as usual but they were wrong. I couldn't get access to my savings or checking account for my funds!

Atm malfunctioned, so I went In to the counter. Or attempted to. It was 5 min till close but they just stared at me until those 5 min were up then told me they were closed. Classy act all the way.....

Its a good credit union. Only thing I don't like is you have to pay a 15$ fee to apply for a loan.

Very nasty attitude. Try to ask a question and person acted like I was bothering her. She picked up and looked at her cell phone when I was trying to get some cash. I immediately asked to closed my account and went to a bank that appreciated my business. I have never been treated so rudely.

I have been a member for 20+ years. This is a good bank and good people(Wanda&Sheila). If you need a good bank give these people a try.

The debit cards will decline like crazy 😤😤even with money in savings and checking

We have problems using our debit card at Att machines and if we want to use it at festivals it will decline it 😤😤
