Southwest Georgia Oil Inc. is great company and SunStop stores are the best in the tri-state area! If there’s a SunStop in the area I am in, it is always my first choice to stop there rather than a large, nationally owned station. You can certainly tell a difference in the friendliness, cleanliness and food quality when you visit a SunStop.Every one of the stores I have visited has had excellent customer service. The staff has been friendly and gone out of their way to welcome me and make sure I had a great experience. I have always been greeted with a smile and a “Welcome to SunStop!” When I went into their store in Thomasville on Tuesday, Tammy was incredibly polite and helpful.The stores I have been to have also been very clean, especially the bathrooms. Moms – SunStops have the BEST bathrooms for little ones - always clean, well lit, and plenty of room. The bathrooms put all of convenience store bathrooms to shame!The food at the stores is delicious, and they have many different options from Eat’s Deli to roller grills and grab and go items. My favorite thing at a SunStop, though, is their bean to cup coffee. It is absolutely delicious... not your regular gas station coffee! It is worth a stop at the SunStop just for the coffee.Thank you, Southwest Georgia Oil Inc and SunStop, for being cleaning, friendly and reliable!

My family has been visiting Sunstop stores for years. Whether it’s to grab a snack, a drink or a hot cup of coffee we are always greeted with a smile. The stores are incredibly clean and offer many extras that other convenience stores lack. I can get in and out quickly and on my way!We have visited multiple locations and the quality of service is always exceptional and consistent no matter who is working.This company goes above and beyond with their customer service.5+ stars all the way around!?

Today I visited a Southwest Georgia Oil Company store called SunStop. I found myself there because they had the lowest gas price in town but when I went in the store, my life was changed. I have never been in a convenience store this nice. The cashier gave me a warm smile and a friendly hello as soon as I walked in. As I walked around the store looking at everything in amazement, the manager greeted me and even offered to help me find my unsweet tea brand. They had every so many different brands of candy my kid had a hard time deciding which one to get.Something new to me was what the manager called their grab-and-go section. If you have not seen this, you are missing out! They have freshly made sandwiches, salads, and my personal favorite the death by chocolate parfait. The restaurant inside is called Eat’s. They have the best fried chicken in town. My husband loved it. I really liked that they serve you in the to-go packaging and it seems so sanitary. All the customers are not able to touch it or breathe on the food because it is behind the case. The lady serving us said we should come back and try the breakfast. She said her biscuits are the best. I will have to do that one day.We all went to the restroom and guess what? They were sparkling clean too. I have never seen gas station bathrooms this clean.The next time I find myself in Tallahassee, FL shopping, I will plan my trip to go to the SunStop Store on Capital Circle NW. I may even try to time it to get breakfast ? . If you are considering shopping here – DO IT!! You will not be disappointed.For all these reasons I give SunStop a 4.5 star rating. Why not a 5 star rating? No body is perfect, but these folks sure get close. Now I know why they are so busy! Tallahassee’s best kept secret.

Every time I have stopped into one of the Stations, the service has been exceptional and the stores very clean! I make a point to try and find one, since I have had nothing but positive experiences at every one I visit!

I worked at store 592This company has poor management and if you work for them you have no way to protect yourselfWorked in the kitchen in Tallahassee . Full of roaches. Called cooperate and tried to move stores. Called Monday the 11th. They never called me back. I show up for my next shift. Saturday the 16th. Received a call finally and was told by HR they would investigate. They gave me three fake write ups then fired me. I wanted to overturn that because it was retaliation due to me wanting out of that store. I recorded the entire meeting because I knew they were trying to lie. They have people showing up whenever they want and can do whatever they want. As long as they give the manager rides. One person walked out of her shift three times while I was there. Would come in and curse in front of customers. But when she left the manger hopped in the truck with her. Management is shady . They lie and don’t care about the customers or employees. Lied about the job just to get me in the door. This is part time work for me. So didn’t expect so much drama. Check out the state of their kitchen. Pictures from July 4th week. You should see the video. You would not eat there!
