I don't know if this place is trying to establish kin with Verizon, or are they for real. This company needs the Better Business Bureau, provided no help is mentioned or acted out, to look into their "sunspots". I can understand blaming the customer, but God? We need a good company without alot of interference when we pay good hard earned money to gain good services. Everyone takes advantage, but stopping it doesn't cost near as much. Point Broadband, I hope your technician shows up today at the given appointment time that your representative gave me. I had to cancel yesterday because sometimes the weather will cause us to take detours. Come on, now. It ain't funny.

Absolutely gutter trash company. Took $50 deposit for an install that never happened, then gave me the runaround when I called for a refund. Finally got through to someone after hours of waiting on hold. They said they would process the refund... That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still out $50

Goes out about 2 times a month, I pay my bill every month so it's not that. And forget about trying to get up with tech support, I held for over 25 minutes and I was the first in queue. Still no one answered. I'm seriously thinking of switching.

Leaving 1 star feels incredibly generous. If you have ANY other options, even just tethering through your cell phone, do it. I got the service in November/December. They came to my house to “install” THREE TIMES between November and April, they never managed to properly install it. Lines were hung too low and got damaged, causing service to go out. Lines were left just laying on the ground, causing service to go out. If you are in the southwest Georgia/North Florida area, don’t bother. The installation will never happen. My uncle, who lives across the street from me, actually buried his own wire bc in TWO YEARS, they never came back to finish the install. TWO. YEARS. Garbage service. -10/10 will never use again.

2 monthes spotty service last 2 weeks will not return a call. They say a service ticket is waiting ... last time they told me buy another router i did for 160.00 still will not come in. A call to say we are going to fix it would be professional not its the storms and weather what storm on Mars?

Literally the worst internet service I've ever had. We pay $100 a month and we get horrible service slow speeds and multiple outages. Always a lame excuse like there's bad weather in near states. DO NOT USE THEM

Well lets see, been here over 10 years and since point took over ive had none stop issues, goes in and out all day long, can't even watch a movie anymore without nonstop buffering. I was told by customer support to just end our service if I didnt like it. They are rude, do not know how to run an internet providing service and should be sued for stealing from their customers. Oh and btw not my real name so you cant come threaten me again,

Edited review: They have absolutely improved 100% I would definitely recommend them now!Absolutely horrendous service! Wouldn't recommend this internet to my worst enemy. Tried to find several other internet options in the Climax GA area and there is nothing. Literal dial up service speeds. If I wanted terrible internet id order me a 90's AOL internet disc. ? 0/10 would not recommend. Only staying with them because they are the only option. 3 minute Hulu videos are buffering and Echo Dot music is skipping. Absolutely horrible.

Service has been off and on sporadically all last week so called 800 number and lady was extremely rude but said would have someone call me! I have yet to receive a call so this week it's cutting off and on about every 2 to 5 minutes! Decided to go to local Bainbridge office and they are closed all week! I am having to type this with phone data because of no internet! The absolute worst service I have ever experienced! After Turner was run off and Point took over I was promised better service and better internet! What a joke!

Decent service when it works... customer service is almost non-existent. Best word for it is inconsistent. If you enjoy paying for okay service half the time with no possible way to improve it... sign right up. Bainbridge area for reference.

Have told them month after month to come get their equipment, because we are DONE. It's so unreliable and they never came back to even bury our line, like they promised to do on several occasions even after the line was severed by a piece of heavy equipment and they had to come out and replace it at which time they made yet another empty promise of coming back out to bury the line. Whatever, so tired of it all, I pray that you don't waste your hard-earned money on this "business."
