Went to go get an estimate. Idk if who I was speaking to was the owner or not but he was polite not rude whatsoever. HOWEVER, I do have to agree with some of these reviews on here. He did not want to even check or touch the car or at least pop the hood up to check a bit to give me a rough estimate on some cosmetic damage done to the car. I did let him know I ONLY wanted an estimate for cosmetic damage and my car didn't have mechanical issues (I already knew it did not have them because I had got it checked a day before by my go to mechanic to make sure car had no leaks nothing and was driving fine). It was hit on the front right side bumper, grill, headlight assembly needed to be completely replaced and about not even a fourth of the passenger side fender was damaged just and obviously will need to be repainted. He just kept saying that it had more issues than that even with him not even wanting to pop the hood and just said $6k-$8k. I just politely excused myself and left found a place that actually gave me a quote on exactly what I asked and even said if it was damaged mechanically it wouldn't be running and it would be having issues by now. Wrote down everything that needed to be fixed part by part and would get back to me on part prices and gave me an estimate of around $3k. I'm not speaking negatively about the place. I did not see there work and that's what matters but that price range was not what I could afford. take this review how you will this was just my experience yours may be different.

Best bosy shop in bainbridge. WE have usedThem on several occasions, hands down best body shop. Mickie MARTIN is the owner and personally think he is the best at what he does and knows how to get your car looking like it did before it was wrecked ect ...If you want excellent work ,fast job done well and reasonable price go see for yourself .

Mr. Martin and his whole staff was very nice and professional and extremely respectful! I have had car repairs done by them every time it was needed and they have always gone above and beyond to insure that I was fully satisfied with the work they had done.

Went there to get an estimate on repair for my car & he(the owner) acted like it was a inconvenience for him to even look at it... he had me leave it there saying he’ll have it written up & when I returned he told me he wasn’t wasting his time! Very rude and unprofessional!! Bad thing about it is he was referred by another company.. I will make sure to let them know also how I was treated so they won’t refer them again ??♀️

Can't say enough good things about this place. Mickey repairered my daughter's car after Hurricane Micheal and it looks excellent. Great, thorough work. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Good, southern, honest people. 5 stars!

I took my mother's car here for repairs , they are friendly, and completed the job on time. It was good to experience quality service something I haven't experienced in a long time.
