Like every other Walmart but staff is worse. The labor market in Bainbridge is poor. I have witnessed employees groping each other and had to move my kids away from nasty language. Try to buy a gun and you will wait no less than an hour for an employee that has no clue how to sell it. The employees are like the housewives of Atlanta with the same attitudes and intelligence but broke and miserable. Ask for assistance unlocking something or even ringing you up and you will get an attitude.

Ordered pick-up, got the notice my order was ready. Checked in at exactly 9 pm, my slot was reserved for 9-10 pm. Let them know which spot I was in, got the notice someone would be out shortly. I sat there for 55 mins!! Went inside, and was informed all pick-up employees had left for the night. Never got my order, extremely terrible service. I wasted over an hour of my night waiting for groceries I could have gotten myself. I have life 360, I can verify I was there at exactly 9 pm. The email came in at 8:45 pm. Total and utter incompetence.

They have a lot of very low class clerks in this store they called you names they ignore you when you ask them a question they walk away real real ignorant people not all of them but some of them I would say 50/50 it's really sad and pathetic that it's tolerated these are disgruntled angry people and they should not be waiting on the public and the manager is more to blame than they are because he doesn't train them properly to have any manners I was calmly telling the absolute truth about an incident in the clerk yelled out that I was a liar and it didn't happen that way when it clearly did so I let him win and even if it didn't happen that way you don't call a customer a liar in a irate fashion that's subliminal ignorance nothing more and you call and ask for the manager politely and it rings 60 times when they transfer you you hang up call back four times each time it rings 25 to 30 times and they refuse to answer the phone I wonder what they could be doing certainly it wouldn't be laziness my goodness I'm sure they're trained to be good at their jobs and that couldn't possibly be it hmmm

As much as I don't like shopping at Walmart, there's something to be said for Every Day Low Prices and the convenience of a store that quite literally has everything. I stopped in and ended up buying stuff in automotive, sporting goods, office and home and then wandered the grocery side for some hot sauce and ketchup and some bottled water. Walmart no longer enforces a mask mandate and folks here apparently don't believe that COVID is real. Less than half of people are wearing masks and some of the associates aren't wearing theirs properly. It's no wonder people are getting sick! The store is tidy and surprisingly well stocked compared to my store back in Charlotte. I found everything I needed. A bit of a wait at the register (surprise!) but whatever. At this point, I'm okay with saving a bunch of money and hassle. [Review 14644 overall, 144 of 2021, number 372 in Georgia.]

I went here for a simple oil change, the lady that took my information was pretty quick and said it would take around 45 min. That was fine but I've been here for two hours and they are still not finished and to make it even worse the only guy working decided to go on break in between cars.

Walmart is Walmart, but compared to all in Tally and Mariana, I prefer this location the best. People here are friendly, the store always has what I need, the isles aren't over crowded and it is clean.
