Don’t think i will ever come back here again Alexandra had a very bad attitude. I told her I wanted the same number on a new phone and then i wanted the number changed. I guess she wanted her commission so she went and cancelled my line and tried to add a new one and then she told me i had to contact customer service because there’s nothing she can do. She was extremely rude and disrespectful i don’t know how this behavior is condoned. Thankfully Verizon has been much kinder.

Bad experience with represent Yeneisy V. Unprofessional, and lack basic communication skills. Representative had an attitude the whole time while helping me and then after she couldn’t get my device to work, she told me that she was unable to refund me my money.

I don't know how this place has 5 stars considering how bad it is. The people are friendly but Cricket in general is abysmal. Last month they kept my money on hold for 3 weeks so I was without service for almost a month. They said they are no longer able to have my card on file for Auto Pay and the online pay wasnt working and so I HAD to go in store to pay and of course they charged me a $4 customer assistance fee which couldn't be waived according to them. It's not my fault the app and site weren't working. I switched to Verizon and everything went super smoothly and was able to put that same card on file with them for Auto Pay. Wouldn't recommend Cricket to anyone unless they don't mind going in store to pay as the cell service was good in general.

My experience was bad, the employee named Courtney, was unprofessional, inefficient, unhelpful, has a bad attitude, is rude to every single customer that enters the store. I will not return to that establishment, I prefer to make my payments online than go through that again.

My experience was not gd,will not go back to that store.was not helpful not friendly ,,waited a long time ...maybe they Pic and choose who they be friendly too,and I have been to other cricket stores, never experience that type of attitude they have in Bainbridge,,,

First time going into the store. First time buying a smartphone. Maribel, one of the associates, was very helpful, upfront, pleasant and knowledgeable. Store was very busy at the time, but she juggled it all easily. She's a gem!
