I want to express my appreciation for the patience and incredible customer service that Nick the manager displayed to me. He went over and beyond to help me no matter the length of time it toke to resolve the issue. I live in Moultrie and will gladly drive over and hour to receive the exceptional customer service that he provides! The employees at this particular location are lack luster at best. Their attitudes appear to be that customers are inconvenient. When the manager doesn't know how to fix a situation with an att phone and basically says you'll just have to call customer service, that pretty much tells me that I'm with the wrong cell company. Verizon will call customer service and work until the issue is resolved.

Love this store every time I come in I’m greeted with a big welcome. Came in for a charger and instantly greeted by the whole store will return if I need anything else

My fiancé got a phone from his boss as a work bonus, he went to AT&T because that’s who the phone is through and he needed to get it fixed, AT&T refused to help him and took his SIM card from his personal, working, cellphone and threw it away and would not give it back and refused to help him further until he got his boss up there to resolve the issue. So now he doesn’t have a single working phone.

Most of the time there's a wait. Great atmosphere. My only complaint is AT&T billing slowly grows in cost.i have. One phone and it cost me just about 100.. monthly now.

WOW! went in to get service and the guys were really helpful. Couldn't get service based on what I asked for but had two follow up calls today getting me what I need. Super happy with this service.

Friendly service but it takes forever in there. First trip we got new phones the second was just to get our discount for first responders. That was ridiculous!

Do not go to AT&T! Worse customer service I’ve ever received. No one knows what they are doing they over charged me and opened a business account in my name, I don’t even own a business. Even after months of dealing with this issue and them finally “fixing the issue”, they left a bill on the account they closed in my name and sent it unknowingly to me to collections. They also opened two other accounts in my name one that has a credit of nearly $300, the other is my current account that has no bill owed because I pay my bill every month. I say all of this because no one at this local store or on the 1-800 customer service line has followed through with their promises to help me with this issue and get this resolved. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here. Wade the current manger of this local store gave me his cell number for me to text him some information about this issue and now will not text back to help with their error. When I call the office he isn’t there. The other people in the store say they can’t help and this needs to be done through Wade or the customer service number.
