“Highly recommend! It’s always tough looking for a new vet to trust when you move somewhere new but Intown Animal Hospital (both locations) has been awesome taking care of my pup! I was nervous about a recent teeth cleaning and small surgical procedure but the staff and Dr. White put me at ease immediately. Dr. White called me before the procedure and right after the procedure providing updates which helped calm my nerves. She also called the day after and a week after just to check in. “Our dog had to have TPLO surgery and they handle the process well, and a couple years later had to have it done again on his other leg so we had no hesitation going back. Our pooch is recovering very well with return to function. They kept us updated with proactive communication throughout the whole process.”
“I received excellent service from Ansley Animal Clinic every time I took my kitties there. Dr. Roton is the best veterinarian I've seen in a very long time. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and caring towards his clients and their furry kids. I trust Dr. Roton completely with the care of my cats. It's not easy to find a great veterinarian, and I have much respect and appreciation for him. He took such great care of my Winona during her battle with cancer.
The whole staff is also simply wonderful at Ansley. They are very nice people, understanding, courteous, and accommodating. They follow up and call you back. Nothing slips thru the cracks.

“Just returned from our first visit at Ormewood, and this was easily the best experience we've had at the vet. Everyone took so much time and care to discuss our dog's health needs and answered any questions that came up. I usually go into vet appointments with a certain level of skepticism, but from the get-go knew this was a top tier clinic. Dr. James and crew seem to genuinely want to offer the best care for their patients. Their prices are also super reasonable, and we experienced zero upselling. Highly recommend Ormewood!”
“Dr Biddlecome is an absolute gem of a person. I went into the appointment in desperation after my 5 year old cat suddenly displayed uncharacteristic aggression to a member of the household. She was not only patient with our concerns and fostered an open environment where we felt comfortable unburdening our concerns but she was gentle in her handling of Franky and offered multiple solutions to try remedying the issue. Thank you for assuaging our anxieties in a situation that had become a bit of a nightmare. I had considered finding another vet closer to where I live in Midtown but after this week's appointment, my loyalty is solidified.”
“I can't believe I have been using this clinic since 2020 without writing a review to say how much I like them. I found VCA LILBURN because my next-door neighbor's reminder postcard was misdelivered years ago, and I kept the name in my hip pocket, waiting for the addition of a dog into my home. That opportunity came in 2020 when COVID converted me into a remote worker and I was wanting companionship. My dog Rocky came to me at age 10, and this clinic has been so supportive and caring! In his first year with me, they guided me through the process for getting him cancer surgery for a mass on his leg with Blue Pearl. Rocky's health is what I would expect from an older dog with some chronic conditions and plenty of arthritis. Dr. Boudreau and the wonderful team of vet techs and support staff have been able to guide me through conservative and effective treatment to keep Rocky happy and comfortable. I use the VCA Care Club for senior dogs that allows me to get his routine work done at a discount over year, and included with that are as many office visits as needed at no additional charge. That benefit has served me well, and ultimately has resulted in me feeling like a team member in Rocky's care.
If you have read this far, and don't know about the monthly Librela injection for arthritis, I have to say I am just as excited about it as the staff was when they introduced it to me! It hasn't turned my 14 year old dog into a puppy, but he is so much more comfortable than he was six months ago!
I forgot to mention boarding. Honestly, I am like other people who don't enjoy boarding their pets. It is much more satisfying to have Rocky cared for in my home. However, the confidence I have in VCA LILBURN is high and I use their boarding service when the occasion calls for it. Naturally, Rocky is always happy to go home, and I know his boarding visits create a bit of anxiety, but he is accustomed to going there, and the staff absolutely love him and treat him well.

“Our dog and cat have been going to EAAC for nearly a decade and they have been consistently fantastic. Everybody there is great but Dr Oteri is a gem. She managed our cat’s tricky chronic conditions for years and she and the staff are so kind and professional and truly care for the animals AND their humans equally. They always manage to fit us in quickly when we are having pet issues - minor or major. I felt compelled to write a review after this morning: I emailed the clinic with (yet another) question and Dr Oteri called me with answers only a few hours later. I’m not sure how they have always managed to be so responsive for so many years but I just really appreciate them.”

“They take walk-ins til 11am. Came on Friday. Dr. Wilson is wonderful and she has an excellent staff. Small practice. Affordable. Long wait as a walk-in, come early. I don't think they see patients on Wednesday, better call prior to coming in. Great experience overall. Highly recommend!”

“The vet and staff were great and very nice and accommodating. Though the wait times could be a little long at times, they did their best to get patients in and out in a timely manner. My cats had an upper respiratory infection and after giving them medication prescribed by the vet, they got better in just a few days. They were also affordable. I would highly recommend.”

“I have an older dog who is very difficult to move. Because of this I was struggling to get her to the vet to get what she needs to be comfortable. This service was top notch. Dr. Dani is smart, kind, not pushy, will listen to what your goals with your pet are, and is supportive. She didn't in any way judge me for being behind in care because of my dogs lack of mobility issues. Also, the care we received has improved my dogs mobility and quality of life. The mobile service isn't excessive compared to standard vet care. It was all very reasonable, and she came quickly and was very kind.”
