I really wish this office was sitting in my position waiting on their package. I don’t understand why it’s so complicated to get an address right and so easy to get an address wrong or maybe they’re just too lazy to deliver to the correct address and would rather just reschedule my delivery for someone else to do it.. TURN ON THE GPS AND JUST DRIVE DANG! I had to work today too, I didn’t want to but I did and got it done! This isn’t a degree required job, but they make it seem as if dropping off packages is challenging. It’s ALWAYS something with this office.

If you don't enjoy having your mail stolen, please avoid the USPS, ESPECIALLY this location in Avondale. Twice this has happened in two weeks. There's a reason the blue mailboxes are gone, and that's because people are stealing mail and looking for gift cards. Lesson learned. Even the mail taken inside and dropped off is being targeted. I'm done with USPS forever. Zero stars.

My first visit here today but it won’t be my last. Discovered this little post office by chance but found it compact, convenient, and quick. Everything the main USPS facility in Decatur is not.

I’m in this post office EVERY SINGLE DAY, it’s usually fast and quick. Asia and the other black girl with the red hair is nice, friendly and are quick. They hired another lady with the 27 piece short hair cut, and I get that she’s probably new, but geezzz she’s as slow as molasses. Long lines and she still ain’t putting any pep in her step. There’s another lady here with shoulder length hair and I’m sure she sees this line, but instead she’s organizing stamps. Girl!! HELP Get this line down! this is ridiculous. its the holiday season! more than one person nees to be on register smh

Got to post office at 8:20 that’s supposed to open at 8:30 and stood in line til 9:00am… when they decided to open the doors. Nobody asked the employees to fill out the application. No one forced them to interview. No one asked them to accept the job offer. So employees at this location, please do the job you applied for and we pay you to do. That’s it. That’s all.
