Genuinely friendly staff, thoroughly explained procedure, walked me through every step and held a compassionate demeanor during a couple struggles. Staff made an uncomfortable procedure a pleasant one.

Front desk extremely friendly and professional. The lady that drew my blood “stabbed my arm and started probing” I literally screamed! The WORST STICK EVER! She did keep apologizing tho! She needs more practice??♀️won’t mention her name I know she needs her job. Hopefully she’ll do better!
