This pharmacy is beyond sub-par. My wife and I went to have covid tests and they were unprofessional and had no clue what they were doing. The results were a positive and a false negatives. At home tests both came back positive within seconds. We were told by the pharmacy tech that the piedmont clinic in the Walgreens could provide us with a treatment plan just to later be told by the piedmont staff that they are not affiliated with Walgreens. This was a waste of time, patience, and money. If negative stars were possible, they would get -5 stars! Avoid this pharmacy AT ALL COSTS!!!

This was definitely my favorite Walgreens location. I haven't been there in quite some time, but I used to go into this location at least 3 or 4 times a week. They have great snack aisles and they are always bright and clean. I could always find my favorites. Specifically the chewy twizzlers. OMG, the strawberry/lemon pack ✌??

I usually visit this particular location at least three or four times a week sometimes, and it is one of my favorite locations however they just need to hire more employees. They're never is enough cashiers to check people out which create long lines. Otherwise the store is clean, if there is anything needed the staff on duty are very customer service friendly and willing to help.

I would give negative stars if I could. This pharmacy is an utter joke. They will keep you waiting for hours while the staff hide in the back goofing off like middle school kids. The only reason I came here was because Thomas Drugs was closed for Christmas. I will not be coming back here again. Stay away!

Called at 11: 00. Asked if I could come earlier than my appointment.I was told yes as long as no one prior to me.I arrived at 11:30.It’s 12:10 still sitting waiting.Do Not Use the Pharmacy.This Location You will wait and wait and wait.

I’ve never been to a pharmacy so bad. I picked my mother up from surgery and came here because they said it was being filled. It’s been over an hour. Wasting my gas and time, with my mother in the car. Will never let her fill her prescriptions here again.

The pharmacy will sometimes leave early for the day or act like they don't see you at the drive thru and they prioritize the customers who come in to the store, but not everyone can come in due to health reasons and it should be first come first serve. The last couple times I waited over 20 minutes before they even helped me and then I had to wait 20 minutes more for the prescription to be prepared. They have no professionalism or pleasantness to their demeanour. I've never had to write a review for something like this but, I think it's important because they are there to help people and they seem to take no pride or have any sense of expedience in their job. I have had to transfer my rx to a further location but, it still saves me wait time and frustration.

What's good about this store? The pharmacy, they are always busy but they give me good service. What's bad about it? The young person at the register today 8/8/23 at 6:34 pm, very disrespectful, arrogant and condescending . it should not matter to you if the person before you is white or black or red or green you are there to give good customer service and not talk down to people or make faces

Yeah, this one on the connector in Austell is pretty horrible. Staff is definitely checked-out. They always make the customer wait while they chat about nonsense.
