Ty was Pleasant. There is a lack of privacy and security for personal information and transparency of use of information. One representative was very rude, sarcastic and disrespectful. I was given a temporary phone number I didn’t need. I never got the Welcome email to set up my Verizon business account but there was an attempt to create the account the day before I picked up the phone or had information on the account. It was a new business account. Horrible experience from the beginning. Spoke to Corporate and Verizon directly to voice my concerns because representatives at the store kept telling me their manager was not available and didn’t know when he would be there for sure or available for me to voice my concerns.

Sara, at the Floyd Road Verizon was awesome! She was so helpful. She helped me understand our plan, and told me about Global on my phone for our upcoming trip to Japan. She’s great!

Delmont was very helpful & quick about solving my issue switching back to verizon. I was on the phone for hours at home trying to fix a few account issues but came into the store with no service on my phone. Delmont was great & professional with helping me finish everything with activation.

Brian was an amazing customer service representative that helped me out in the store today switching from my 14 to the new 15. He walked me through all of the steps. I am so happy leaving the store. I would advise everyone go to Verizon today. I will be telling all of my friends family to come to Verizon Brian was the best

Brian Milton was awesome in resolving my connection issue when the others could not! He was very professional and courteous and very patient with me ( even when I told him he was wrong- lol! ). He just smiled and said "well if you don't me to help you it's ok"! I had to laugh at myself at that point!! thank you Brian for tremendous service!

A few days ago I stop by this location to ask some question about my verizon wireless perks and get some product knowledge. I have the pleasure to work with Chris. He was the ideal man to work with said visit. He was fun to work with. He also took the time in informing me of some new accessories that I ended up purchasing solely based on Chris knowledge and experience with said accessories. All in all the process of setting up my perks, purchasing some new accessories and answer a few question that I had took only about 25 minutes.This location is well staff to handle the masses unfriendly it is hard to get in the plaza the store is hopefully end up find a newer location that is easy to get in and out of. Thank you reading my review and hopefully it helps you at all. Positive not I would suggest to the owner/CEO to take some time and speak with Chris and in order in getting a different perspective, and for the love God invest in him and other people like Chris develop and groom the for leadership roles. Post-covid we need to get back to excellent customer service to crave market shares.

I called about starting a line for my new business as I’m unfamiliar with business lines. I called and spoke to Kevin. He was very informative. I set a time to come in and he when i arrived Kevin was well dressed, mannered and spoken. We had some difficulties with my credit application and he was so patient. I never felt rushed. We were able to get everything sorted out through a short phone verification processes. He helped me pick the best devices for my business. Overall my experience was 10/10. I highly suggest anyone that visits this store to request Kevin, as he will make sure whatever you need is taken care of!
