I went into Valvoline with concerns for car . Ms. Taquera was amazing. Superb customer service, attentive and over and beyond patience . She took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made sure I didn’t leave without understanding everything! Great job Ms. Taquera!!! I’ll return for all my needs that Valvoline provides. It’s refreshing to know that this type of service still exist.

I will never come back here!!! Brought our cars here, didn't get told they didn't have our oil until our oil in the car was drained. We literally been here since 9:21 and still waiting because they have to get oil from another location. This is very unprofessional

If im lying I'm flying and i ain't fly in a min playa as soon as they were done with my oil change my acchuator started ticking a very common problem with this model of ford f150 2011 but still i sat in the car as they say you do so you can be apart of the oil change process and i open my hood arrived quiet and left ticking every since i guess it's just bad luck took that one on the chin tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick tick is my life now

The service here was excellent. This was my first time there and technician Adam was awesome and knowledgeable.The prices are also more reasonable than many other places I've been.
