I love this post office! I come here often to buy stamps and send mail and I've had no issues with them. The post office workers are so kind, it's unfortunate how rude the customers are when 1 or 2 workers can only do so much. Thank you for all of your hard work!

Their stupidity borders on malicoius. Also, dont get medication delivered via this post office. Im convinved their stealing it in the hopes of getting high.

The African-American lady with the arm /wrist brace is very rude, seems frustrated and short tempered. There is one very nice black lady and one very mean, I can just tell by her energy she isn’t a very easy going person

This is the best post office in the area. The Mableton location and Lithia Springs location are both terrible. So, I often drive a little further to avoid them and go to the Austell location. They are much faster and friendlier than the other locations.

So thankful for this Professional, Clean, & Quick Post Office. The extra 10 minute drive is worth it! The location in Mableton is extremely dreadful with wait times up to an hour. Austell is The Best!!!

This is the best post office in the area! I live closer to the Mableton post office but will go out of my way to use the downtown Austell office. The employees here care about the customer and are always so nice and helpful. Everyone here is so nice and usually in a great mood. I wish more USPS locations could be this awesome!

This is by far the worst post office I've ever experienced. Ever single time I have to ship something that this post office is supposed to deliver it has either been lost or something happen where it's not been delivered. THREE packages have been lost or not delivered in the past month. Over $200 worth of items. I shouldn't have to submit a ticket to find out what's going on every time because they can't do their job correctly. I shouldn't have to buy extra insurance simply because I know it's going to have to go through this post office.

Ive been to this post office several times in the past month, just to get info on shipping and the right boxes and pricing ect... i get little to no help and am pointed to the priority shipping boxes every time. I just need it to go through the regular mail. How do i do that, without paying a ton of money?
