I have had numerous packages delivered to this location and it has never been a problem til today. I come into this location give them the information the asked me for then they proceed to go and get my package and they then give it to me. Today employee number 239881 proceeds to tell me it will be $10.00 WHAT I have been AGAIN getting my packages delivered to this location all year long and ain’t never had to pay anything and before I EVEN STARTED GETTING MY PACKAGES DELIVERY HERE I CALLED & ASKED WHAT IS THERE PROCESS WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THINGS & PACKAGES DELIVERED THE PERSON TOLD ME YES SIR YOU CAN GET Things Delivered Here $0.00 CHARGE. So employee NUMBER AGAIN 239881 says oh sir we been charging that since I been WORKING HERE THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE SO OF COURSE I ASKED WHO WHEN WHERE AGAIN ITS AUGUST NOW AND I GET A PACKAGE LITERALLY DELIVERED EVERY MONTH TO THIS LOCATION AND I HAVE NEVER EVER HAD TO PAY TIL TODAY. I will not I mean never ever recommend ANYONE EVER VISIT THIS LOCATION. She then tells me her manager name jerri. Which she then wrote on my box as well THIS IS RIDICULOUS IF I COULD GIVE THEM A 0STAR I WOULD HAVE

My favorite location they always offer help and tape when you need it without an upcharge and will accommodate all your needs the whole staff is very friendly and helpful.

I acquired, printed and Notarizing, and shipped, After almost one hour in the store I had to pass the document to be notarized to the store notary, The notary tried to ignore me during one hour and when I presented the document to be notarized, and told the notary whenever they can please notarize me that document, The notary in that moment was attending another client in a way to keep skipping me and I heard the notary telling the client that how there is such rude people that they interrupt her while attending another client, Ignoring that I had no option other than to call the notary's attention that I have been waiting for a long time, I exposed my feelings of disrespect by calling me rude just by acquiring a service that the store offers to the public after one hour of waiting and asked to speak to the store manager which she run to him first to inform the manager about the issue and I have seen the store manager shaking his head in a way to support the notary heaven without to ask me what happened

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I needed to print out a document get it notarized and scan it to email for a job application. I was in out of there in 5 min. I will definitely be back to this location.

Easy one stop packaging options which made my errand to mail off Easter baskets super easy and hassle-free. Todd was so kind and thorough even after having dealt with a not so pleasant customer just before. My feedback for UPS would be to offer better pricing options. Lord, the boxes shot my price way up. But again I didn't feel like going to go find my own box especially since I was rather last minute. Even still, I would come back because the shop is neat and they are pleasant

Terrible Customer Service
Just left here not even 5 minutes ago. I needed computer access to print off packaging slip. Immediately upon sitting down at the computer I noticed that it appeared to be frozen on the welcome screen. I let the staff know and asked if I could reboot it only to received a half hearted response from the clerk saying “it does that”. I asked if that meant I can restart it only to get no response.

EMPLOYEES ARE SUPER RUDE. ESPECIALLY THE ONE WITH SHORT BLACK HAIR. TAKES YOU FOREVER TO PRINT OUT ONE PIECE OF PAPER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS HOW THEY SHOULD! WHEN I GOT MY PAPERS THAT WERE PRINTED WHILE I WAS GETTING OUT MY MONEY THE SHORT LADY WITH THE BUN SLAMMED MY PAPERS ON THE COUNTER. IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS LOCATION. NEVER AGAIN

It’s the holidays. Don’t advertise that you’re open until 7pm and refuse to ship packages after 4. Stating that you have turned off the computers. You are still open. This is frustrating as I’m trying to mail a package to my daughter for the holidays.

They advertise notary services but I have been to 3 separate locations now and none of them have a notary on staff.
