Hidden Gem in Austell! Here are 10 reasons (there's actually even more) why I LOVE Thomas Drugs: 1.You won't find a more professional and friendly staff. 2. A pharmacy that knows your name, so you're not a number to them. 3. They answer the phone with LIVE voices (almost underheard of these days!) 4. Fast service-no waiting 2-3 hours here for your prescriptions to be ready. 5. Locally owed. 6. Reasonable prices (if you have to self-pay for something). 7. Pharmacists Ryan and Amy always answer any questions or concerns I have, whether in person or on the phone. 8. Pharmacy techs (especially Jennifer) know my family's prescriptions as well as I do. 9. Text reminders when a monthly maintenance medication is due. 10. Last, but not least-IF you have a medication that requires a precertification, they will work above and beyond to get it approved for you. Customer for life.

Unlike the cold and distant greeting you get at the big chain pharmacies, like Walgreens and CVS, you will be welcomed with a smile and treated like family by the staff at Thomas Drugs. Highly recommended!

My family and now myself have been using Thomas Drugs for what feels like forever, they are the most caring, helpful and professional crew you could ever hope to have. I am so thankful for how easy they make the entire process of getting my prescription and making sure we are getting the best care. Love the whole staff. ❤️

I have been using Thomas Drugs since 2005 and will continue filling all of my prescriptions there. Fast, reliable service and friendly employees. I love that smaller pharmacies provide a more personable experience than larger chain pharmacies care to offer.

Thomas Drugs is in a class of its own. Ryan and the staff are semi-superheros! In my 10 years experience as a customer I have never been disappointed. Efficiency, affordability, resourcefulness, and customer satisfaction are boundless in this establishment. The most significant attribute being that these people genuinely care for you. You will never need another pharmacy!

This is a fabulous pharmacy! The staff are so polite and your Rx’s are filled extremely fast. And… since I don’t have children at home, I get the lids that screw off easily. I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Ryan and the staff at Thomas Drugs are amazing!! They are more like family because they all truly care about you and your health.l have never found any drugstore like them anywhere!I left Georgia in 2016 and just returned and the first thing l did was have all my prescriptions transferred there..Ryan thank you from the bottom of my heart you have been my guardian angel !!!I have worked at Bullards for 16 years this is V.L.
