I highly recommend Superior Autosounds to anyone and everyone. Ray is extremely respectful, honest and professional. I can't thank him enough for going out of his way to correct a very negative situation. He came to my house the same day I called, was extremely pleasant and could not have been more patient. He was more than fair and very reasonable and worth every penny plus some. Please don't hesitate to contact Ray for any type of audio installation. You will be very happy and very satisfied.

Ray came out and diagnosed a problem for us on our work truck on why the radio was not working! This has been an issue for over a year. We ordered the part and installed it and it worked! We highlighted recommend Superior!

Really disappointed and annoyed with the lack of communication and follow through. I reached out about getting Apple CarPlay installed in my Hybrid. Received an email to txt details of my car and what I was looking for…even though this info was already in the quote I sent. I did as instructed and txt the info asked and never heard back. I followed up a few days later via email and got no response.
Not the best customer service in my opinion.

Ray was awesome!!! He informed me on what I needed and what I didn’t need. He made sure that everything was neat and no wires were showing. Everything was just done right so I highly recommend this business!!! Also he was very professional and quick.

Warning Warning Warning!!! Do not ever do business with Ray. I payed to have my stereo installed properly. What I received was poor service and constant lies. His first attempt was horrible, the screen fell completely out of the dash, the volume buttons on my steering wheel were not connected. The microphone will not pick up any sound on a phone call. He ran the usb port into my glove box with the wires exposed on the outside. The reverse camera I paid extra for doesn't work properly. He has promised to fix these issues 3 times. And 3 times he hasn't shown up and refuses to answer my call. When I called him from a different number he acted like he was so shocked his phone didn't ring. He says he will fix it then never shows and avoids call. When I went to the address listed for him online, turns out he doesn't have a shop, its a small car sales lot and repairs.He only takes cash so that you have no recourse when he screws up. His friends there help him hide from you. Avoid this

Poor service by an unskilled installer named Ray. The battery in my car keeps going dead, the Bluetooth isn’t working and there are screws missing in my dash. I ask him three times to come out and fix the issue he only showed up once. He was on his phone the whole time, didn’t fix anything. He said he would come back and never did. Now he is dodging my calls and avoiding me. Do not trust this guy!!!

Don’t waste your time, this guy is not professional or of top knowledgeability on installations. Breakdown: Charged 175.00 to install new stereo, solicited a tip. I gave a tip of 25.00 after agreeing with him to come back to fix my steering wheel volume control. Claimed he needed to research my cars wiring. A month and a half went by, never contacted me. Call him on 7/11 and he admitted he forgot. Said he get back with me now it’s 8/3. Pulled radio back out myself, installed wiring and programmed SWC. The whole time he was installing he was more concerned about a domestic situation to get back to so he rushed it. Iost 200 bucks for not installing it myself. Gave him chances. Guy does not know installations. He’ll take the money and run…

My man came threw on a Sunday. He didn’t have to do that but I thank him for that. He came out in all 4 of my door speakers and fixed a few things that was just hanging loose. I recommend anyone to them. God bless you and thanks again. Great job????

Sugar is polite and very sincere in his work ethics, worrying about being overcharged, he absolutely won't do it, I talked to him on Friday and the following Wednesday he arrived ahead of time to my home, he answered all of my questions during an amplifier install, he's a technical genius and the install took all of 3hrs to complete,, he went above and beyond an did a baseline tune of the amplifier, I am very pleased with the results, so much so that in my future car audio needs I won't hesitate to call Superior Autosounds.

I don’t usually write reviews but I looked him up on google and saw all the nice things other customers said about him and it turned out to be true. He’s calm, sweet, polite and affordable. Gives an honest opinion and got me booked the next day. He worked on my 2016 Mercedes benz and the speaker sound so good! His work is neat and I’m definitely recommending him to all my friends and will use him again in future.
